excellent guest house very near and good facilities, near to dashashwadhama ghat and banks of ganga walkable distance to kashi Vishwanath , Annapoorna temples and Visalakshi temple, owner helped in planning for sightseeing and upgrading your rooms , nice view of ganges from rooftop

We stayed at this property just a week ago, and I must say, choosing it based on reviews turned out to be the best decision! Location:The hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Dashashwamedh Ghat and about 4 minutes from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Godowlia Chauraha. The main marketplace is also very close by(1 mint walking distance), making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness:The rooms and bathrooms were very clean—felt like they had been recently renovated. Cleanliness was clearly a priority here, and it really made our stay more comfortable. Staff & Service:The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had called the hotel a day before our visit, and the person I spoke with guided me very well. During our stay, they even helped my parents get special seating for the Ganga Aarti in the evening, which was a thoughtful gesture—especially since most of the ghats were submerged due to flood at that time. They also arranged lunch for us, which was a big help. You’ll find packaged drinking water (paid) available at the reception. Budget-Friendly Comfort:If you’re looking for an AC, budget-friendly hotel near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat, and the market area, this is honestly a great choice. Especially during peak season, it’s hard to find such well-maintained accommodation at this price point. Extra Tip:The hotel is located in the lanes of Bengali Tola, just a minute’s walk from Dashashwamedh Market. The lanes are lined with interesting souvenir shops—I really enjoyed exploring them! Getting There:From Varanasi Junction, take an auto-rickshaw and ask the driver to drop you at Godowlia Chauraha / Jagambadi Math / Girja Ghar. From there, it’s a 6–8 minute walk to the hotel. Use Google Maps to navigate through the narrow lanes easily.

Location was not that good Its very inside of the gully road U have to walk a lot to reach hotel

The best place to stay when you are in Varanasi, rest everything comes second. I strongly recommend this place to every solo, family and group travelers.

Very well maintained property, Rooms are comfortable and big and they are kept very clean. Didi was very welcoming and polite. The location is perfect with just 5 mins walk to Dashashawamed Ghat and 8 mins walk to the temple. Will highly recommend if you want to stay close to the ghats

दसवांमेघ घाट के नजदीक में है लेकिन आप इस होटल तक कम से कम 2 किलोमीटर पैदल ही आना पड़ेगा होटल खोजने में बहुत परेशानी हुई। अगर आपके पास सामान ज्यादा है एवं साथ में बच्चे हैं तो इस होटल तक पहुंचना आपके लिए बहुत ही मुश्किल होगा। हमें 2 घंटे लगे इस होटल तक पहुंचने में। मेरे हिसाब से घाट से बाहर होटल लेना ज्यादा अच्छा होगा क्योंकि वहां ना तो रिक्शा जाता है और नहीं ऑटो गली इतनी सकरी है कि आप दो लोग भी पार नहीं हो सकते।

If you have more luggage and small child than please don't go to this hotel .No rikshaw or vehicle go near hotel..1 to 2 hour required to reach hotel..no food facility available..This hotel is near ghat..Thay provided extra bed for child free of cost .thank for this .

had a wonderful stay at hotel lotus paying guest house in kashi. the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the service is excellent. the location is perfect, just a short distance from the ghats and markets, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. highly recommend for anyone visiting kashi for a comfortable and memorable stay. har har mahadev 🙏🏻

Great location, within walking distance of dashashwamedh ghat and nearby attractions. The owner and caretaker both are really helpful

Our experience was good, good people working there, humble, and open to help us. The room was simple, confortable bed, good shower, no windows to the street, only to the inner corridor/stairs, so we have an air extractor and ventilation running all time while inside the room. The location is good, just follow the signs on the corridors, lota of them that are not in google maps, close to everything. You need to walk around 10 minutes to arrive to a street with cars/tuc tucs.

it's very neat and clean. And it is as it is shown in the pictures.. vishwanath mandir is very near and easily accessible.. Had a great experience 😄😄😄

Pg was very nice but it’s too expensive for me for 1 night other hand good locations from ghat, net and clean and well nice interior

It was really a good stay. The only issues we faced was the high staircases. Rooms were really spacious with hygienic washrooms

While the location is close to the ghat, there’s nothing good about this place. There’s no elevator, no public or private transportation accessible, and it is within the lanes of the city. The revierview statement is a total lie. Absolutely not recommended.

Property is too inside where no vehicle can enter, so if you have lauggages with family to tough to stag. I booked for 3 beds room, they provided me 2 beds room and i extra floor mattress.
