LP Vilas

Booked two rooms at lp villas for my family at last minute at 6 pm as we had to change plans and rush to dehradun by cutting short the mussoorie trip that too on my daughter's 10th birthday. I had urgent office work in the evening at dehradun and had to catch next day's flight to delhi. Without expecting much i just text-ed a request to the LP Vilas to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter and to our family's pleasant surprise a special birthday cake was already waiting for my daughter when we arrived at the LP Vilas at around 8.00 pm. Wow. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation to lp villas team. Hats off to the LP Vilas staff and management for such a wonderful gesture. The LP Vilas premises and rooms were top class and well maintained. The dinner was wonderful. This LP Vilas made the best breakfast my family had in any LP Vilas. The LP Vilas even arranged an innova car for drop off to the airport. Thank you so much for the great service. We would like to specially mention and thank pavitra, pallavi, taranjit, nitesh and siddhartha for their wonderful customer service. May god bless all the LP Vilas staff and their family. Booked a family suite for Rs 22000 per night. There was no valet service which was a surprise, main door brass handles were sticky with deposited dirt. Checking was smooth and the front office staff was quite good. Suite room was quite spacious, however, there was an issue with ac of one of the rooms as it was connected with ac of living area and thus took quite a while to get cool. Major thumbs up for food which was great and room service was quite efficient too. They claim to be a 5 star but don't have any swimming pool, they do have a jacuzzi at roof top which is chargeable. We got into the jacuzzi and when we got back to our room, we got a call from spa center that we will have to pay for the dip, despite the fact that there was no pointer or info regarding jacuzzi being chargeable neither on the website nor at the tub site. Despite paying such a hefty amount for one night such facilities are presumed to be inclusive. However, they eventually did not charge but not before an argument which was quite unsavory and uncalled for. Mr. Pradeep at the front desk, chefs and service were great.

While coming down after completing the Chardham Yatra, we decided to stay for relaxing purpose and our decision was perfect by selecting Regenta LP Vilas, Dehradun. Hotel has very spacious rooms and suites. Food quality is excellent and LP Vilas is having all facilities. My son liked the LP Vilas very much and my parents got relaxed after hectic hilly terrain drive of Chardham Yatra. Our stay was completely relaxed, staff is very trained and very humble and ready to help. We have best experience at Regenta Lp Vilas. Good luck, we are eager to visit again.

It was an excellent stay at Regenta LP Villas, DDN. Our stay was super luxurious and comfortable with some great hospitality by the LP Vilas staff. Welcomed by a welcome drink and ever-smiling faces of the front desk staff and the service staff ready to help for anything. The breakfast menu was good with great taste. The views from the room balcony were awesome. In all a super comfortable and luxurious LP Vilas to stay in DDN. There was so serenity all around and no disturbance whatsoever in my whole stay. Perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Regenta Dehradoon is indeed a paradise of smiles. Right from the moment, we arrived at the property, we were welcomed with warmth and smile by Anshika, Rohit, Pankaj, Pradeep and Manish at the front desk. The efficiency of check-in was amazing. The food is amazing, Kedar, Deepak and all the chef's at the restaurant just went all out to make us comfortable. It's a very beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Really appreciate the entire team of Regenta, Dehradun. Thanks a lot for making us so at home. Three cheers.

I had stayed in lp villas and it was the best experience. The LP Vilas infrastructure is so well maintained and classy. The cleanliness the greenery is so nice. The rooms and washroom were very neat and clean. The food i selected was buffet and there were so many options and everything was so yummy un dinner and breakfast both. It had so many varities even fir kids and fruits were fresh in buffet. I really highly recommend for the LP Vilas. All the staff were very cooperative.

Hotel is very good with world class standards. Washroom a very important criteria is also a star LP Vilas level. Rooms, lobby, foyer are all pretty spacious. Minus side is the location which is remote, LP Vilas is missing swimming pool, restaurant and room service menu is very costly and cutlery which needs to be more clean. Hotel was earlier known as regenta. Current name is still not commonly known to locals. Overall will definitely recommend to come stay here

Everything is exceptional as expected, I'm staying there since 2017 whenever I come to Dehradun. However, if you could please give slightly better accommodation to the accompanying staff it would be very pleasing, even if you had to add a little charge. There are many 2/3 star Hotels in Dehradun who are doing it nicely! Please think about it, if the accompanying staff is not happy then how can someone plan a long stay.

Luxurious property. staffs are highly trained, they will attend your call and resolve your demand in a very short duration of time. Food is excellent and very hygienic.

Quality and taste was excellent, during breakfast and room dining. Packing during room service was very appreciative, moreover stuffed paratha was very soft and yummy. I would like to offer my special thanks to Mr chef.

Everything was just perfect for the money we spent. Hope they maintain the great hospitality ever.

Great place to stay, the staff was very courteous and the range and quality of food was fabulous.

If you want to stay outside Dehradun, then it is a good choice

The LP Vilas is great, rooms are big enough, the staff was really friendly and keen to help, quality of food was great too. The location could have been better, but overall it was wonderful.

Extremely well maintained property with very good staff and food is delicious stayed for 2 days and did not find any thing which is not up to the mark. Enjoyed the stay with the family.

The rooms were clean. Service was excellent. Overall experience was great.

I felt awesome when i checked in, room was decent and having nice view of forest. Food was just ok and can be improved in taste.
