LSQ RJ farms very good place in Karjat to hangout vacation party and all. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is truly top-class. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay.

Had an excellent stay.The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was well maintained, and the food was delicious and fresh. The caretaker was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. A perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.🌴

The property is very old, has rats inside, doors don’t lock, they don’t provide towels, soap, or even hand towels. The AC’s don’t work neither are the beds clean. The clean is away from the property and probably the only good thing about the property. Do not recommend staying here. The pictures are all false. It’s a very old and run down villa.

We had a fantastic time at ls q rj farms. The pool was excellent, the food was delicious, and the service and hospitality were top-notch. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Old Shaddy, not maintained property.. Taps were out of place, as soon as we touched them, Doors were broken, Water supply went away twice,Pool not cleaned, Used Bedsheets and Stinky damaged blankets, Caretaker not answering.. ACs all over the property but if u dare switch on the third AC, electricity goes.. We were compelled to sleep in two bedrooms while we paid for three, coz AC couldn't be switched on .Morning time breakfast served at 10, with no arrangements for kids, who literally cried for milk. Food was just edible

A well-maintained property. It’s location is ideal and safe. The staff were helpful. The rooms were spacious with garden views. They have well-maintained pool and a bonfire setup. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared.

Villa in karjat very nice! food really good, i enjoy every meal. Swimming pool big and clean, great for relax. Place very pleasant, lots of trees and quiet. I happy stay here, will come again!

My family and i had an amazing time at rj farms. The swimming pool was refreshing, and we spent hours enjoying the water. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes. We can’t wait to come back.

Very good place, peaceful and nice. Villa is big, clean, but little old. We enjoy a lot with family, garden is very good. Staff is helpful but sometimes slow. Food is okay, but need more variety. Overall good stay, we happy.

The owner has given up on the property, and so should you ac of one room wasn't working, mosquitoes everywhere, everything was smelling, the mattress wasn't changed since 2001, rats in and around the house, dog poops at the entrance. Food was good though, the only one good thing one of the worst places i have lived in, hopefully people stop booking this place or the owner shuts it down.

The Pool area had a great vibe with music and comfortable seating. Rooms are clean and hyegine. every team member enjoyed the a lot
