Lugani's - Rihanna Villa 3BHK with Pvt Pool

No basic amenities all bathroom locks and windows are also broken no soaps, no buckets, no handwash shower not working kitchen utensils not cleaned no hangers, uneven curtains no privacy. Not worth spending 13133 on this villa

Very frustrating experience. i booked the this rihana villa by looking the property images. But at actual location i got shocked. Curtains have fungus everywhere. Dustbins, washrooms were dirty. I complaint about it to make my trip, i surprisingly make my trip told me you can get full refund and book property at other place. In heavy rain at lonavala around 3 pm i supposed to search the property. That's the only option owner left for me. So i got trapped in this and unwillingly some how i adjusted with my family. Owner told she will replace curtains but care taker took of curtains and no replacement all bedrooms were without curtains. Then owner told me this villas mostly booked by bachelors. So if i would have informed then they would have advised me. I just cant say the frustration. What i am gone through.

No cleanliness in bed rooms, stinky rooms, bedsheets and pillows were dirty, tv was not working properly. Will not recommend this place to anyone

Nice room and service

Stay was very terrible. First we were asked to stay in different villa from the one that we have booked. It has a small swimming pool and when we tried to contact mm t my problem was not solved. I had to wait 4 hrs outside the villa. Services were not up to mark as promised and no compensation was given for all the discomfort

The place in reality is miles apart from the pictures shown. Inspite of request ni refund is offered and we lost the entire money.

Firstly the location is very interior google map was unable to find the location. Secondly the villa and the surroundings were very dirty. Third we couldn't sleep all night as the neighbouring villa had some boys who were partying all night not safe for family. The bedsheets and bathroom were dirty. I called the number provided in the hotel voucher and even whatsapp but nobody answered or gave any resolution. I would not recommend it to my family. Yes if just bachelors guys who want to party all night at a cheap rate then that for them.

Full hygiene and staff are supporting for everything. And it's very good for group and family in that.

Traveled here with a small group of friends and loved the home. It's beautiful, well maintained and great for someone looking for a quiet place away from the city. The host upjit were super helpful and the caretakers were very nice too ) has hot water, comfortable rooms and basic kitchen amenities.

We had an office outing with 8+ people comfortably accommodated here! it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed the stay. Great service provided by mr. Upjit (host) the property is very well maintained and hygienic.

We really enjoyed the stay and were really happy that the description and images were 100% accurate. The food from their room service was delicious and nominally priced. Host upjit and staff was courteous and helpful. Great stay with amazing amenities!

Recently i visited lugani’s rihana villa in lonavala with my friends and we enjoyed our stay their. Property was clean and neat. Caretaker was also polite and friendly. After booking experience was also good. I will recommend to visit this place if you are visiting lonavala with your friends and family.
