LUMIS STUDIO APARTMENT

a well connected, new studio apartment. i am staying at this place in and out for last 3 months. each room has different floorplan and different characteristic. a table to eat, a table to work and table to keep your baggage under and stuff over. small improvements over three months --> a vessel to boil milk, make soup, noodles etc. on induction heater, spoons to mix coffee (instead of disposable stirrer stick), glass water bottles instead of single use plastic bottles makes it more homely and friendly. raviteja and his team keep the property spik and span. simple friendly service. i will highly recommend if you on a business trip, meeting your loved ones, have your privacy - i met two residents in last 3 months in the lift 😊

The studio apartments are good and decent places to stay. The rooms are clean, basic amenities are provided like hair dryer, induction stove, few utensils, plates etc. Best part is swiggy and zomato guys will come up to your room to deliver. So it is a good stay. However, the price point is on a bit higher side, so it is not economical stay. There was some sort of odd smell from bathroom. Not bothering, but still significant smell for a while. Choose to stay here if you can afford the price point.

A great experience overall from checkin to checkout. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The pressure in the shower could have been better but that didn't hamper my stay by anyways. Staff were very polite and were available for any assistance. I recommend this vfm place. I shall definitely visit again.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Lumis! From the warm and friendly staff to the impeccably clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location. shopping mall, metro, and other shops available nearby. I would highly recommend this LUMIS STUDIO APARTMENT cum studio apartment.

The rooms are well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything provided is of good quality. Staff is cooperative and quick in answering the requests. It is just next to the metro station providing ease of travel. A perfectly value for money deal.

It was a well maintained LUMIS STUDIO APARTMENT. The room was spacious and very clean. A small kitchen with a microwave and an induction stove is also provided, which helps us reheat the food in case we order from outside

Location quite accessible in heart of the city, caretaker very receptive and humble. Rooms were very neat and clean. Well maintianed property. The only issue is food needs to be ordered from outside.

The location is good and close by to many places, the rooms are clean and tidy and room service is good. Overall I would recommend it’s a great place to stay
