We stayed for 4 nights. The property was very well maintained and the host Mr.Jayant was so polite, very cooperative and helpful. The morning breakfast prepared by him was excellent. The rooms are big to accommodate 3 easily.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was serene and relaxing.What truly made it special was the incredible caretaker, Jayant Kumar. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — always available and genuinely kind.. He prepared delicious breakfast during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

A very modern and comfortable apartment, well maintained, clean, comfortable beds and pillows and we never felt short of anything. My wife forgot her tongue cleaner and even that was provided on request by Jayant. Talking about Jayant..., He's a very efficient care taker, His breakfast was very tasty, we stayed for 5days and every day the food was different and tasty. He keeps the place spic and span. He is very obliging, courteous and kind. we would definitely return to this place on our next visit to Chennai and recommend this place for anyone looking for a good place to stay. I would rate it equal to many of the good accommodations in Australia. EXCELLENT place to stay. Even the communications I had with Subbu was very pleasant. He is also a very courteous, respectful and kind. keep up the good reputation LUXE living LGT Hotels korattur.

The stay was pleasant. The lake view was soothing to watch the sunset over the lake. The caretaker was helpful. The room was neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good, with home-cooked food. I would prefer this stay for my future trips to chennai.

After reviewing the matter with our caretaker, we have learned that the windows were left open overnight, which may have allowed insects into the room. As all of our rooms are fully air-conditioned, we kindly recommend keeping the windows closed during the late evenings to ensure a more comfortable stay. Regarding the water bottles, we do provide one bottle of mineral water as part of our standard amenities. However, upon request, we are always happy to provide additional bottles of water to accommodate our guests' needs.
