Hotel rooms and floors were quite neat and clean, the approach to the LUXO KOCHI was slightly confusing, also the staff are inexperienced, it took 30mts for my chech out to be ready, their computer had an error so they could not take my mini bar bill, wait staff at the restaurant were not courteous enough. Had ask for a basic necessity like water couple of times.

I stayed alone for 3 days, it was my first official visit to Kochi. Wanted to experience authentic food so, Chef referred & prepared the kerala special food which was high in quality & taste. Irrespective of food all services & entire staff were well behaved & kindly. Thank you for your positive ambience.

Junior suite was comfortable. The only drawback was the tv could have been better. It was just a smart tv with only youtube function. An android tv would be a great choice for the suite. Breakfast buffet was top notch with delicious spread from local cuisine and international cuisine

The room was spacious, the staff were very courteous. The shower was amazing with 24 hour hot water and very good water pressure. The pool was excellent and the breakfast was very tasty. Over all a very good experience.

The LUXO KOCHI is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and the entire ambience is great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Variety of food was served and delicious items. A very good place to stay at.
