Location good. Easily accessible. No food facility (restaurant) available. Ac was on. Only one bottle of water was seen in one room. None in the second room. Bath rooms with hot water facility available with one small soap in each bath room. (we had stayed 6 hours only. Just for sleeping.

This is convention centre because there is big functions running, and use speaker so full of disturbance, not sleeping very well, and room service not available, reception people not available, anybody not responsible

By seeing the pics of the property expectations was high. Reached the property on time .There is no customer desk or reception. Some how contacted a person who is responsible for the room by calling all the given numbers. Rooms are spacious but don’t expect anything else. No restaurant available. You will get one bottled water . If you are good with survival techniques you can use all your skills and can enjoy. If you book the room when u reach the property doors will be open for you .. you can stay there and you can go when your stay is over. Don’t expect anyone waiting for you and don’t expect anyone to see you off… Different experience….

We were 3 and they said extra bed is not available. There is no mention about no food. Not even a bed coffee.

No reception counter. One office in the basement which had to be searched a long time. Baggage had to be carried by self to rooms. No intercom to contact housekeeping or other staff. Contact point was only one mobile number who had gone home. No tea coffee or kettle. One bottle water was given to guests. On request two more given though. No tissue paper. Repair work going on. Towels and bedsheets din look clean. Needs a lot of improvement. I don't have. Sorry.

Stay was comfortable, as we went there to participate in a conference. Till the conference is over, we had our own arrangements for food. But next morning was not so good. No bed coffee, no food, not even the presence of hotel staff. Luckily the manager could be contacted over phone for guidance.

familyRoom and bathroom was clean. Ac worked. But switched off twice in night. Called their mobile number and they rectified remotely and quickly. I just needed to turn on ac again after some time. It's a convention centre. So there is no proper reception and no restaurant. But there is indian coffee house and ktdc restaurant nearby. It's only about half km walk. But better to take auto or bus. We came for nift situation test. Nift is about 1. 5 km and so convenient in terms of location. We dropped our child at nift at 9am. You will get a public bus that takes you to nift college stop. We came back to rest in hotel. It was a bit noisy with marriage function going on. But i got a good sound sleep. Since it's a convention centre with functions, guests from marriage would be staying and so it can get a little noisy. Overall ok. If you would like to get a proper hotel stay, ktdc nearby would be definitely better
