if you want to spoil your trip than book this homestay . No views, no trace, bad attitude, if you chicken in then there notice every where like you are in museum or go for cleaning this homestay... after charging 600 cleaning no one come to clean home .. , poor convenience..every time you have to walk straight slope roadof 1 km to get auto, taxi and in returning no autos ready to go there less 400 Rupees. š old smelly towel, bedding and yes if do shower than clean, if you cook food then clean ... you book this room for cleaning not spending your quality time with family and than when have given cleaning mandatory price š” I spoiled my deewaali

Dear Guest , you stayed hardly few hours, arrived late in the eve and left in the morning. during check in or stay , no complain . what forced you to write bad review because u booked for 2 adult and you were total 5 and you made several calls to property and MMT to waive of those charges and you denied to pay till last moments. when nothing works then you had to pay.so you spoiled your holiday on your own.

it was too dirty so many cockroaches. bedsheets and blankets are smelling too bad . Not cleaning every day but charging for cleaning .

Dear Guest, cleaning charges are one time charges to cover the cost of cleaning flat and laundry, if you need everyday during your few days stay for cleaning then u need to pay extra charges.

If u come with family or kids this is perfect home stay. Recommended. We did not face any problem. Perfect location away from main road about 300 meter inside but away from noisy traffic

Guest requested late check out by 4 hrs til 2 pm as you have train but sorry yes we were not cooperative as we have another guest booking .we can not ruin our next booking and keep waiting next guest in order to please guest like you . If you are looking affordable stay with basic kitchen facility like home then this is the place. Worth the price pay here. Do not have high expectations you have to. Order food in youe own with the alacarte menu available price is reasonable they deliver coffee tea breakfast blunch and dinner i recommend those who come with family for short or long stay

Poor condition of the apartment very dirty apartment. Dirty pillows, quilts and matters. Gas not working. Ro is leaking. Please don't try to use it. No proper guidance, no body to care there.

I am sorry to hear your experience but you were about to check in by 1 pm and you reached by 11 pm ā myself and my staff called few times to provide guidance to reach property and nothing was informed to me when u checked in late night around 11 pm about amenities and u checked out early morning . Cooking gas water purifier and other appliances are in working condition for the previous guests who stayed just before you If you are expecting staff or attendant around mid night to receive you then I request to book some hotel for your next stay. Our feedback should help future guests if they want to book our property

It's hard to believe that such an incident occurred for the first time with a makemytrip booking. This individual named anil was disrespectful during our phone conversation. When we requested to see the flat beforehand, he declined and became very confrontational. This situation almost escalated into an argument.

This is complete wrong feedback. You were about to check in around 1 pm afternoon but you checked in night around 10 pm night and left our flat by 10 am morning that is check out time. Hotel stay in any hotel is not for 24 hours from the time when you check in.there is check in and check out time You checked in late night does not mean you stay for another 24 hours .your check out time still 10 am next day morning. You had some extra guest which is not part of booking and we requested to make payment before check in. But you did not make pay until you reach property. Your intension was stay overnight free with few extra guests. Once you made payment then the check in was honoured night around 10 pm when u reached . All guests who read it should understand to make booking for exact no Pax including children if any while doing the booking and pay any due charges which is mentioned in the booking . Kindly adhare to flat check in / check out timing and details which is already mentioned before you make booking . This is for your smooth check in and to avoid any unnecessary arguments.
