Aloha Riverside Apartments - Ganga View & Infinity Pool Access

Pretty straight cut serviced flats, comfortable with a very supportive staff and plenty of commute options available. Exceptional river views and yet in the range of most of your delivery apps. Good place for a quick stay.

Shower of the bathroom was not functioning and we tried to closr the tap but the tap is leaking water….and they had mentioned in makemytrip …that property was riverside facing but they hai provide us just opposite of that parking view….and a small tiny cockroaches were there….

The apartment is old and very badly maintained. The sofas are so old and dirty, u cannot even sit. Toilets are all broken and in a sorry state. Not worth the money at all. Only plus is the river view from the balcony. First day was given an apartment which was in such a bad state, my kids refused to stay. next day, they gave us another apartment which was a bit better but not for renting. overall very bad experience

It was a terrible experience. The room, the balcony everything was dirty. There was mud all over the place. The water from the tap in the washroom was dirty. It was disgusting. It was all clogged and the stat was horrible. I want my money back. I paid was a nice peaceful stay at your hotel but this was not it. . So kindly refund my money

Air conditioner was not working, too much insects, poor cleanliness

I had a wonderful experience at the property overall. The amenities were well-maintained, and the Ganga Aarti was truly a memorable highlight. However, I did face some challenges, including a damaged road connecting the property to the main road, a leaking shower tap, and a blocked kitchen sink. Addressing these concerns would further enhance the guest experience.

it was truly mmt error. i booked appartment i contacted the property owner who said they mistakenly given room someone else. he asked me to wait 1 hour. he said he was arranging room from someone else owner. the room was literally very different. i contacted mmt same time however no support given

great service but the propery was maintained poorly for what they are charging,exhaust fan fell out, hardly any decent pots n.pans in kitchen, power failures with switch over to generator happens 15-20 times a day, wooden cabinets innkitchen and room have come off their rails as far as service goes it was fantastic

1. I found the property recommendation at make my trip. 2. Food was not included for service apartments guests but access to the common areas like Club house and pool area was there. Although Swiggy Zomato service is available and they allow outside food. 3. Apartments rooma were good. 1 BHK apartments are garden view and 2 BHK apartments were Ganga view. 4. Location of the Resort is perfect, very near to the heart of the city. Ram Jhula is 5 min drive. 5. Hotel staff were very very polite and helping. 6. I would definitely recommend this resort. Perfect for family.

Don’t ever book Apartment in that property no cleaning no room dining no service worst stay i have ever in my life no parking no staff facility only provides facility for hotel rooms only. You can’t access even hotel restaurant anyways don’t book aloha apartment ever it’s a request to everyone

The property was below the mark in cleanliness. Basics like hot water had to be rectified during our stay. Roaches on the kitchen countertop. Not good at all.

Tv & wi-fi wasn’t working. Also difficult to locate the apartment as its within the hotel. Food you need to order from outside restaurant.

Room interiors was not good, paint and furniture seems to be very old and having dirt marks and scratches every where.

Stay was good in the apartment. Although the room amenities were not fully placed. Rest all was good.
