Having visited for the second time, i can attest to its excellence in hospitality and ambiance. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service enveloped us, ensuring a seamless stay. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary journey we embarked on each day. The delectable spread of dishes tantalized our taste buds, showcasing the culinary expertise of the Luxury Amar Tree Resort's chefs. Whether indulging in local delicacies or savoring international cuisines, each meal was a culinary delight. The essence of privacy pervades the entire property, allowing guests to unwind and reconnect with their loved ones in tranquility. The secluded ambiance creates an intimate atmosphere, perfect for fostering cherished moments with family. However, the only aspect that fell short of perfection was the absence of indoor games facilities during our stay, as it was still under construction. While this didn't significantly detract from our experience, it would have been a welcome addition to further enhance the leisure options available. In conclusion, the banyan tree Luxury Amar Tree Resort, mandarmani, remains a top choice for those seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. With its impeccable service, tantalizing cuisine, and serene ambiance, it continues to impress, leaving guests like myself eagerly anticipating our next visit.

This resort is by far the best i have stayed in mandarmani. The location is perfect with easy access to an open beach. You will hardly get any crowd in the beach as other resorts are quite far. Its as good as experiencing a private beach. Huge open area in front of the bungalows which allows an uninterrupted sea view. If you want to enjoy sea view i suggest you opt for rooms in 1st or 2nd floor in bungalows. Rooms in ground floor or tents may not give you a direct sea view. Swimming pool is quite large, well maintained and clean. You even have showers and changing rooms beside it. Complimentary breakfast (buffet) has a wide variety of items and good for kids too. I was a little unhappy with the lunch & dinner menus (both buffet & ala carte, as majority of the items were spicy and i was barely able to choose a good item for my kid. Lunch & dinner buffet menus had less items compared to the price. Overall, a great place and a great stay. There are still parts of the resort which are under construction. I hope they make something which will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Luxury Banyan Tree Resort is one the better places to stay in Mandarmani. The resort is located literally on the beach and there is a private gateway to the beach. We stayed in the tents which are well maintained. Regarding the view from the room, you won’t be able to get a view of the sea primarily because the shore is way too far away from the beach, and that’s what Mandarmani is all about. Secondly, the height of the property is such that you won’t get a clear view of the shoreline. Having said that, it is still one of the best resorts in Mandarmani. The support staff is really good. The restaurant provides tasty meals, but it’s very expensive, something the resort authority must look into. The breakfast buffet needs to get better, not sure how a place like doesn’t have cheese at all in the breakfast buffet. That was very strange. Also the restaurant charges 45₹ for a bottle of mineral water and around 90₹ for a bottle of soft drinks, which is almost the double of the MRP, absolutely ridiculous. However, the overall stay was good, and I would rate it 3.5/5

I have been to mandarmani 4 times. This was the 4th. This was the best stay of all. Property is located not near to the crowded market and not far from all the buzz. Right in the middle. Property itself is beautifully constructed- the villas, the tent, the pool, the promenade, etc. The rooms were ok. We travel-led with our pet dog Hence, we took superior room. They are the ones on the ground floors of every villa. Upper level rooms do not allow pets. However, one can book a tent for travel-ling and staying with a pet. Room service needs to improve. Had to call and remind a few times for the dinner despite which one item was wrongly brought. Some trees and green cover needs to be increased as during summers it is difficult to step out and go to the pool, have food at restaurant or stroll around as these are separate buildings scattered around the resort. Nonetheless, i had a great one and will surely like to return to enjoy their hospitality once again. Cheers!

As compared to the other properties in mandarmani we did not have high expectations from luxury banyan tree. But when we reached the place, we knew we had made an excellent choice first of all, booking it at the last moment, we were able to also book it for the price point. The property is massive, very neat and tidy and the private beach just adds to its glory. Even the lunch we had at the restaurant was delicious and fresh. Another major reason why we narrowed down to this property was that it is pet friendly and they make the necessary arrangements for pet parents and the furry friends. All in all, this property has definitely raised the bar for mandarmani.

To begin with its a new resort with huge area. We reached on 20th august 23. Pros. 1. Beautiful rooms and spacious car parking. 2. Excellent room service and house keeping service. 3. Food is okay. 4. Pool is okay. 5. Kids play area great. 6. Breakfast at restaurant is good. Cons. 1. Poor water pressure hense shower is useless. 2. Car parking without a shade hense exposed to sun for our entire duration. 3. No lift for 2nd floor rooms. Not senior citizen friendly. 4. Long walk to beach and pool. Not a senior citizen friendly option. May be a golf-cart type vehicle needed for senior citizen transport. Weekdays rush of other tourists was less.

now mandarmani is no less than goa if you stay at this resort .excellent sea view rooms of 5 star standard and the infinity swimming pool...enjoy floating along with a 180° view the sea or just walk to the sea to feel salty water and then again come back to the blueness of the big swimming pool .the buffet of the complimentary breakfast is of good standard with lot of options and variety on display. no need to any where once you get inside the resort. it's a different place and out of the world experience

Resort is ideally located on sea beach and amenities at resort are awesome. Resort is very well maintained and our stay was very comfortable there. We had pre-booked lunch, dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was served in big hall on ground floor and it was well managed. But lunch and dinner were served at restaurant on first floor and staff were not able to mange rush of weekend. Although food quality was good but it was not served properly and our experience of lunch and dinner was not good.

The property is massive, beach is really serene, pool is beautiful, rooms are clean, food quality and quantity is better than place like sonar bangla. Only dampner was food for kids which got delayed by a lot

I went there with my girlfriend and unfortunately she was facing heatlh issues while we were at the property. The staff behaviour was exceptionally well they helped me handle the situation really well and the way they supported me was something that i wasn't expecting at all. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality this place provides. This will be my go to place if i ever visit mandarmani again. I highly recommend this place.

It is a good and big property. Cleanness was nice food was nice. Staf are helpful and it has a big swimming pool big lawn. Food was good. It is good for family and couple stay those who loves for pleasant and luxurious stay. Little bit expensive from other Luxury Amar Tree Resorts in mandarmani but that is worth of money.

Our experience was really nice, but we expected more in breakfast as they are charging a good sum of money but the breakfast was not upto the mark. I would suggest to look into the breakfast they are offering otherwise we enjoyed a lot. Would be great if they offer dishes related to chicken like chicken sausage, chicken sandwich , pasta etc. Thank you
