Nice Hotel, Yesterday I traveled here. In Delhi NCR I found parking issues in mostly hotels but I found a proper parking place on this hotel.

Room was terrible. Rats are their. Insect also. And so much dust and room not clean. And under construction hotel. I don’t want any discount. I want my money back.

The rooms are good and new. However there is no kettle, towels, glasses, hanger and other facilities in the room. Water bottle provided was ro water, they said that the mineral water is chargeable. No chairs in room, only after complaining to reception they are provided. They were not providing the complimentary breakfast and were saying that they can give only tea and cookies. Only after asking for refund, they agreed to give breakfast. The hotel needs more furnishing and these small small things need to be taken care of

The hotel was fine and good. Good enough for the budget. Liked the stay here although it was short but it was good

1. Hotel location can't be found in the app. It took 45 minutes to search the hotel. 2. Luckily i found mobile number in the booking receipt. When called on the number reception guy shared live location. 3. When we arrived at the shared location, found different hotel name. Luxury stay in place of luxury residency. 4. After enquiry from the reception guy he said this is the hotel you have booked the room. It's completely surprising. . 5. Hotel staffs were very rude. 6. Although hotel rooms were good with that price tag but behaviour of reception staffs downgraded the hotel review.

One of good property i stayed till date. The greenery around the property is like awesome. The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious

Excellent property and very convenient to us c activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While i did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant
