I am a corporate professional and travel frequently, staying in different hotels for 15-20 days. But this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I spent some days here, and from day one, I regretted paying in advance. Here’s why: Terrible Tea Policy – Tea was available only from 6-7 AM, and when I requested it at 7 AM after my shift, they rudely refused. A hotel should be flexible with guest needs. Horrible Room Service – No matter what you order, it takes forever to arrive. I had to ask for basic utensils for dinner, and they came 30 minutes after I finished eating. Sometimes, items never arrived at all. Rude Reception Staff – The receptionist had no manners and spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. Forced Room Change – Before my stay was even over, they forced me to shift to another room for no reason. False Promises on Laundry Bill – They told me I could pay my laundry bill at checkout, but then started forcing me to pay it earlier. Housekeeping Entered My Drawer in My Absence – The most shocking part was that housekeeping went through my personal belongings while I was away. This is a serious privacy violation! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking here!
