The rooms were not clean and the hotel was not in good condition. I expected it to be better but the cupboard wood was chipped, the ac was not functioning properly

I stayed in this hotel for one night during the month of July. I booked the room with breakfast and have also paid a very good amount for nearly 3 hours of early-checkin but at the counter they denied that I cannot take the breakfast. In addition, the room condition was not good, there was water everywhere, there was a poem "water water everywhere....". when I asked them to clean inside the room and they were not happy

Room was not clean. Bath towels had dirt on them. Staff were not polite. Bed sheets were not washed properly.

Best facilities provided us to room accommodation....and along with that all facilities was extremely marvellous

The first room they got me had uncleaned bed linens, curtains were not enough to cover the windows. Of course, after the complain I got a better room. Lack of amenities; no toothbrush or paste, no hair dyer. For everything they say it’s available in LYNQ AERO(the other branch).

My overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The location was excellent — very convenient and close to the place I needed to visit, which made commuting easy. However, the hotel looked different from the pictures shared online, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms did not match expectations. Breakfast was also average and could certainly be better in terms of variety and quality. On a positive note, the service and cooperation by the hotel staff were very good. The team was helpful and courteous throughout my stay. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience. I got a very good discount through MMT.

The actual rooms are completely different from what shown on the booking websites. Cracked walls, broken furnitures, dirty curtains, dirty washroom, smelling bed and pillows. The room itself was smelling so bad, even I lodged complaint with MMT and shared photographs how the actual situation is. The food served was below average. The hotel staff were cooperative and friendly.

Worst hotel i have ever experience in my life, terrible front office staff. They don’t no how to treat guest & it’s request. I paid for the breakfast but i haven’t got it. Since I am checking out early I told them to pack & keep it but there were no follow up for that no co operation between staff . Reception was very rude please teach them hospitality how to treat a guest & guest request .

The hotel is located in a good residential locality called Alipore in Kolkata. Transport like uber and ola are easily available quickly. This is the biggest advantage to all guests. Facilities in the hotel are close to 3 star. Food is good and breakfast is whole some with variety of veg and egg preparation, juice, curd, fruits etc. Staff is good. If some short coming is there in room, the staff attends and rectifies. I liked most persons there particularly one by name Deepak in room service.
