Extremely Disappointing Experience unsafe and Poorly Managed Hotel I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel booked through MakeMyTrip. The condition of the property is extremely poor and unsafe. When a senior citizen in our group entered the room and sat on the bed, it immediately broke, causing her to fall and get hurt. The next morning, when we went for breakfast, the hotel staff behaved rudely and said our booking included breakfast for only one person even though the room was booked for two. They demanded extra payment for the second guest. This kind of property should never be listed on a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. It’s shocking that such unsafe and poorly maintained hotels are allowed to operate under your brand. I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to review this listing and take immediate action against the hotel management. Highly disappointed and will think twice before booking through MakeMyTrip again.

old furniture, and room. Dirt and insects everywhere.

Its does not look like a 4 star hotel. The bathrooms are not clean. Cutleries were dirty. Looks very old furniture. The photo on mmt does not match the real. It was a pathetic stay

Too costly, very old hotel, room had smoking smell, bathroom was not clean. Towels very old. Very near got the embassy

Room Service was good but i wouldnt say the hotel as 4 star instead i would have booked fare field by marriot so overall experience is average

Hotel saty was not so good, No facilities of proper room service, chick in room condition was poor, no phone working, toilet flush was not properly working, resulting room change Room service was not good, shortages of hotel staff.

The room service was terrible! The staffs are not at all friendly and they behave too much rude towards the coustomer and also the reception doesn't pickup the call at all once you checked in

On same price park hotel available in same location.... It's expensive on this rate.

This is the second time I am staying in Lytton. Before there was old type of lift but this time they made the new one and also got the good room than before. over all happy staying there as it not so sound of the market and the market is also near by

Location of Letton hotel was good and favourable for shopping loving people. Food quality is not good and room interior needs to be improved.

Verry good staff and verry good rooms

I have booked the hotel as offered given by you with cost around Rs.3400/- [ due to purchase of air ticket] . The room allotted by Lytton- Hotel a single bed 2.5 feet * 6 feet [ approximately) , room size may be 7 / 8 feet * 10 feet, dirty bed sheet with one pillow, very uncleaned atmosphere, cigarate smoking smell as if it is a prison. At around 10.30PM where to go in Kolkatta, I have upgraded with room by paying additional cost of Rs.800/- plus taxes . Total cost to me around Rs.4500/- . Whereas when I booked earlier through Agoda or directly the cost of room would be around Rs.3700 /- of the category room upgraded. Pl do not give false offer. It is a situation where I have been cheated. Please see my history of booking of air ticket or room in the past. It is never expected from you.

Everything is good ..when it comes for location or service everything is best. Mostly recommend

Lovely location & ambience. Food is good Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults.
