my recent stay at your hotel. My experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. 1. Disturbance During the Night: Throughout the night, someone kept knocking on my door every one hour. Because of this, I was unable to sleep at all. This caused severe discomfort and I am now feeling due to lack of rest. 2. Unfair Visitor Charges: A guest visited me for less than 10 minutes, yet I was told to pay an additional charge of ₹1,500 per person, which is unreasonable. I understand if someone stays overnight, but charging such a high amount for a brief visit is not acceptable. 3. Unprofessional Check-in Process: During check-in, although I provided my local ID and my friend provided an international passport, your staff still to check us in. This caused unnecessary delay 4. Overall Poor Management: The way the situation was handled by the management was unprofessional and made my stay very uncomfortable. Because of the above issues, I am not willing to pay the additional charges, as they are unfair and not based on actual stay. I request you to review my bill, remove the wrongful charges, and take appropriate action to ensure no guest faces such treatment in the future

I was visiting Nagpur for a day. Given the early morning hours of travel the hotel was kind enough to accommodate my late arrival. Ive stayed here score multiple time and every time the staff has been kind enough to accommodate my early arrival/ late departure.

⭐ Review for M2 Square by Monday Premium, Nagpur ⭐. We had a very good stay at M2 Square by Monday Premium. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and great for families. We had booked a Superior Room but were upgraded to a Premium Room, which was a nice surprise. The food was delicious, though prices were a bit high. The room menu card had cheaper rates than the restaurant one, and we were charged as per the room menu, which was fair. All staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Srushti Gaikwad at reception for making our check-out quick and comforting. Overall, a pleasant stay! Special Thanks to Make My Trip 👍

I booked twin bed room big room but they provide me king size bedroom. Small Completely water bottle not good change water bottle bis ..... or aqu.... kinley.

location food amenities were good but service is not proper specialy in restaurant. we have ordered tea But for a normal tea they are taking 20 to 30 minutes and same situation happen in terrace restaurant also we have order a normal butter roti but this also have we have wait for almost 10-15 minutes we have also ordered masala papad but they first serve main course and after that they enquire about masala papad order. Rooms are good. Underground car parking. Food taste is good. Location is also. Limited options in breakfast.

Very nice place to stay, clean and good rooms well furnished with all items, tasty food at restaurant. Though staff seemed less in number, but all well behaved and helpful. will choose to stay again when required.

This was our 5th stay. Found out from MMT and its reviews helped so took a chance and found out to be true. Harsh, Ankur and other staff members really helped. Food is also good. Room were really tidy and fresh.
