M3 HOTEL

The location on google maps is wrong. It is on the main road. The reception person wasn't welcoming as should be, he forced me to make my name entry in hindi only. Despite early booking (about 10 days earlier, they didn't have any gold rooms left and they so called "upgraded" me to diamond room which was nothing different than the gold one but put one condition that if any gold room empties, we will need to empty our diamond room, thus, making me discomforting and second guessing my choice of M3 HOTEL. They didn't even provide toiletries on their own, and in the morning i had to call them to remind them of the same. The hot water wasn't coming through the taps. Overall, this stay was a little less than terrible, but i would still rate it 4 stars just because by chance i didn't have to face any discomfort in actual, but had the shifting of room in the middle of the night gone through, i would have given not more than 2 stars.

Overall the property is nice including the behaviour of stall. But the room service is very slow. Need to improve it. One mirror must be in the room and near the lift. It is very difficult to see one’s own in the toilet every time.

Stayed with a group of friends. Hotel staff is very friendly and would go one extra step to ensure your stay is comfortable. Khushboo who was there at front desk was very helpful and accommodated our requests with ease.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Rooms were good, we were a group of 13 people with 7 guys and 6 girls and we hand a wonderful stay and the staff was very polite and helpful one can give a thought to stay here. Its nearby market area.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this M3 HOTEL for anyone visiting downtown

Helpful l staff with having coprerative managers with a polite smile always ready to handle customers problems food qaulity was good and espacialy morning breakfast

All staff member are supportive person and specially staff siter madam and I recommended to all visitor to visit once there and enjoy their stay.

At least one window is needed for refreshing the room and washroom should be well equipped.
