M5 Hotel

Nice room g. Ood facilities good WiFi speep, nice break fast. We came 2 times 1st time got nice big room with nice view road side. This time they given little congested room back facing to M5 Hotel. Online booking 12pm check in chkout. We intimated and checked in @ 2. 30pm but they asked to check out @12pm. If it is flexible check-in checkout, it will be good. Overall its good.

Hotel worker Mr. Gopinath is very helpful and modest. Ms. Shweta, receptionist was very rude to the customers. Also no gst bill was provided even after taking the taxes. Have spoken to manager, he said makemytrip will give proper bill post check out, but nothing happened. I am going to complain to gst Council for this as written my email to makemytrip guys.

I stayed here with my family for a night, and my experience was good. I booked a room in top floor to ensure quite and peaceful atmosphere. The food served here is great. Could not avail the complementary breakfast as I had to checkout early next morning. The room cleaning service was delayed. The bed size is smaller than expected.

The M5 Hotel is neatly maintained and the staff are courteous. The Bath rooms, room are well maintained. The steel handles are to be cleaned. Though they are in good condition and are to be cleaned to maintain their sheen. Only problem is the restaurant is not working. The hours for breakfast is some what odd.

The room was as shown in the website. Wasn't served b'fast as room service but I guess you would be if gone to the restaurant. Didn bother to go and inquire as the room had taken all the votes from me and my partner. Though our stay was short, it was pleasant and welcoming. WE SHALL STAY IN TOUCH

This was are repeat stay after trying this last year Friendly and warm staff. Food quality has improved from last year. For women and elderly people safe place. Centre location for shopping and Sai Baba temple (behind Maris Stella College). Will definitely come back and recommend.

Friendly and flexible staff. Accommodated our guests with ease. Easy access to the public transport and was very near to the function location that was conducted. The GST amount was collected separately at the M5 Hotel. This could be improved by including in the total cost.

Cheap and best on Road property 30 mints from Airport.
Only small towel, moisturizer, shaving and tooth cleaning kit was not available.
