Best location if you want to stay in police bazaar area. This is next to center point M Crown Hotel Shillong. Jiva veg restaurant is walking distance. The belgian waffle is next to it. Deadly combination for dining. Breakfast at the property is reasonably fine. So food problem is solved. Vivanta & marriott are walking distance, if you want to grab a coffee. The room was spacious. We got one extra bed along with two win bed for a family of 4 (two kids, which was very comfortable and cost effective.Mmt gave a better deal compared to M Crown Hotel Shillong due to credit card discounts. Room and bathroom were well furnished and clean. No ac, though it was not required in june. We stayed for one night initially and then came back to stay for another two nights towards the end of our trip. Don’t expect much of room service or great dining at the M Crown Hotel Shillong. But decent food options nearby. View from room was also good. Room number 322. Some rooms have a city view of lights partially, while others have a street view of police bazaar. Though you won’t stay at this M Crown Hotel Shillong for view from the room! if you get it, it is an icing on the cake. This is a great option if you are travel-ling with family on a budget and you plan to spend major time in sightseeing, then this can be a good base. Hotel is attached to a two floor mall that has reliance trends and other shops. No security concern as clearly access controlled. It adds to convenience. If you want to stay away from hustle and bustle of city and just need to relax and enjoy at the property, then look for other options. I recommend tripura castle for that purpose. Breakfast buffet is served at 7:30am. Enjoyed my stay as it was super convenient and pocket friendly with 2 kids and used this M Crown Hotel Shillong as a base for sightseeing in and around shillong. Day trips to laitlum cannon, bamboo trek and sacred forest. Seemed relatively new construction. Wards lake is 600 meters i guess. This option is better then finding a homestay around police bazaar. Well, nothing much in the hyped police bazaar area though, but convenient to make it as a base for sightseeing.

The room was quiet good, the usp of the M Crown Hotel Shillong was the location, it is centrally located in the police bazar area the heart of the city, but the room service was very poor, we have to keep calling 3times for milk & tea, moreover they were short of bathroom slippers & also bucket & mug were not there in the bathroom & only provided after the complaint. I think they should work on that otherwise the property was very neat & clean, i should gave them 4 out of five, because it was a peak season

A good stay in Shillong. Good M Crown Hotel Shillong on the 3rd floor of a mall. Nice spacious room with clean linen and bathroom. The staff are courteous but room service needs to be improved. The food quality is good though the price is at the higher side. The buffet breakfast is well spread. But the room rate is higher than the three-star M Crown Hotel Shillong. Neway comparing everything, M Crown is a good M Crown Hotel Shillong to stay.

Location is at the heart of the city, with the bustling marketplace all around, great if interested in some shopping. Beautifully decorated with paintings and artefacts. Food was excellent. We had map plan, both breakfast and dinner were awesome. Beyond expectations. Service staff was prompt and courteous. There were issues with air conditioning in the room and leakage in washroom.

location of the M Crown Hotel Shillong is central in police bazaar. you can walk around and enjoy shopping. negative: despite of the availability of central AC, M Crown Hotel Shillong showed only non AC rooms for booking. there is no power backup. if the light goes in midnight you may have to sleep without cooler. Paying bucks for the non AC room was quite rest all was good 👍

In Shillong, this is one of the best M Crown Hotel Shillongs but still not truly 4star. Hot water comes in a trickle, breakfast does not have many choices like a 4-star M Crown Hotel Shillong. The location is bang in the center of the city where you can find everything a traveler needs. Shillong itself is too much overrated avoid going here with family and kids.

Very central location. We got a huge suite, and the room was very clean. Good shower, but water drainage is not efficient enough and some of the water accumulates at the bottom of the shower. Wifi worked fine on some mobile devices and partially worked on others. The staff tried to help but without success. Varied and delicious breakfast. Kind staff.

It's a boutique M Crown Hotel Shillong, on the main chowk. It's on third floor. Entrance is not that good but lift takes you to 3rd floor to reception which is very good. Lobby area, coffee shop, restaurant is nicely done. You can see the market from the lobby window. Evening you can go to the market easily, I like the staff courtesy.

A good M Crown Hotel Shillong located in prime location in shillong. Suitable for business travellers and family tourists with good inhouse hospitality and close proximity to eating joints. Housekeeping workers need to be increased to provide better upkeep and 24x7 service

The room exceeded my expectations. The services we needed were available at all times and everyone was really helpful. As the the M Crown Hotel Shillong was in the central of shillong, everything was accessible.

It was amazing experience. After having breakfast I went for spa. All staffs are really good and helpful. I would like thanks all members and definitely for next visit I will stay. Thank you.

Room is spacious and views are nice. Foods and services are good. Only problems is it situated 3rd floor but available lift.

We got a warm welcome and wheel chair for my father. Rooms were clean and service was good. It has an excellent location. The reliance trend z and kfc are in the same building. The food was also very good.
