M Hotel Benzcircle

Nice stay here, with my son, food delivery available also in room, room were cleaned, and we get suplementry water bottles also

Hotel cleanliness very bad… staff also very bad … they don’t know how to talk with guests… even they are not provide the towels … in the room no complimentary water also they are not gave…no soap …

not bad in this hotel,there is no Cleaning for every,maintain proper Cleaning and also increase manpower.

The room is in the worst condition, bed sheets are night mare. No response when you call for service. Furniture is in bad condition.

The room was very badly maintained, there is no room service provided basic facilities like water and soaps were also not provided not towels, the hotel was also in a very bad condition

Pathetic room ambience, poor smell, dirty room and wash room. Broken ceiling in washroom. Even OYO rooms are beete than this. Poor smell!

Bed and cot very small for a double room, room also not clean. Bathroom also not upto the mark, not clean, taps and shower taps all are leaking

Worst hotel and with manpower they are running a hotel. It's not a hotel it's a lodge. Make my trip also cheating to customers with a collaboration with hotel m. I lost my trust on make my trip company.

Bedsheets not washed ; used one bad smell coming ; no hot water ; no water to guest

M hotel is a budget hotel providing comfortable stay in the heart of the town in benz circle. Bars restaraunts coffee shops wedding venues hospitals were all walking distances

It was free to stay. The services was good. They facitiles which was provided was too good.

The hotel is worst i have been there for a day every time checking every one like a terrorist and it's un comfortable to stay in this hotel there is no food to have too. This hotel is terrible to live with in.

Room service is good, the reception counterstaff are good obi-dent and frienly

Problem is not well maintained

The customer service is very bad. The receptionist is very rude. No hot water. Towels are smelly and old. Air conditioner did not work.
