MK residency is one of the best places to stay if you are planning a visit to Coimbatore, about 3 kms from the railway station and walking distance to the heart of the city, the cross cut road. > I have rated this property 5/5 for it's cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. > Rooms: Every corner of the room is sparkling clean, absolutely no dust any where, the room fresheners are perfect and the housekeeping team does a fabulous job.. Prompt and clean... > Food: They also provide breakfast and dinner. The location is great, not much of traffic though the street may be a little narrow. The move theater at the end of the street does pose crowd issue during move times. Food and beverages is brought from the restaurant specified by the customer and hence they have to be good always. The complimentary breakfast is standard and good. The janitors are great, very prompt and perfect cleaning attending to minor details. The service apartment with its foyer, hall and dining space gives a very good home feeling. Very good. Highly recommended.
Room service is an issue. They do not answer the phone. Also requests at the reception are not always correctly executed. Also the WiFi does not connect to the internet. But for these pin pricks I would highly recommend this service apartment.

Stayed with my family in a 1BHK flat ( spacious bed room with one extra bed). Home away from home - here it is !!! Courteous staff, super clean room (I should call home not room! ), Tasty food ( don't expect a buffet spread - options are pretty limited), Tata sky HD boxes, personal kit, mini refrigerator, bedroom getting cooled in few minutes by a Split AC - you have everything you'll have in your home. Added to that you have someone enquiring "are you comfortable" gives a more comfort feel. Location is pretty central (walk down for 5 mts and you are in famous cross cut road), street may look slightly narrow but you can take even your SUV without any issue. I would not say it's worth its money! Because money you pay is small for what you get! ITS WORTHIER THAN WHAT YOU PAY!

Most amazing place to reside in Coimbatore! Five stars all the way! Clean, safe & secure apartments for families to check-in/reside on business or family trips. Clean rooms, clean bed linen/toiletries and managed by ever smiling and courteous staff! Ample designated car parking too can be availed with manned security 24x7. Lifts serve all floors. Located close to Senthil Kumaran theatre (the landmark to easily locate this property) and the MBD area on Cross Cut road with shops and dining joints galore -for the exploring kind! Breakfast & Dinner served in their dining section on the 5th floor has variety and is served hot! Real finger array of dishes on offer, as I noticed! Highly recommended now for families visiting Coimbatore!

Food was of good variety, excellent quality, delicious and the food service staff were extremely courteous. The front desk did not seem to be as friendly and prompt in their assistance, but I guess the guests need to be more upfront rather than depending on the M.K Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment staff's help. Language is a serious problem M.K Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartments need to ensure that at least the front office staff are well versed in English if they expect guests who do not know the local language to avail M.K Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment's services.
The basic amenities could have been better e.g for two guests, there was only 1 towel and 1 set of basic amenities.

It's a well maintained service apartment. The rooms are very clean & neat. The even have a functioning kitchen which includes utensils and an induction, so you'll be able to cook food as well if that's what you wish. They have good laundry services as well. It gives a homely vibe rather than one of a M.K Residency | Rooms in a Service Apartment. The staff are very friendly & polite. The complimentary buffet for breakfast and dinner was excellent. It's a moderate cost service apartment. It's a walkable distance to Gandhipuram bus stand, shopping centers & banks. The overall stay was very comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at MK Residency. However I had to mention that the reception staffs had too much professionalism in their approach which is more likely as stubborn for booking part. For shifting a room they waited me almost 30mins in their lobby and finally I had to rebook my stay there after couple of talks with them. Coming from a hospitality industry I believe we should treat customers in a very polite way. Instead they were not ready to switch the room even I Am ready to pay difference. Other than that stay was nice, good location, good breakfast and nice room as well.

MK has always been my favourite place in CBE but this time we arrived and waited almost 20 minutes for the room to be prepared... Then we were put in the same apartment as a man who smoked and was quite difficult to manage as I am allergic to smoke. The staff standards of service are still excellent... No issues or complaints about that but I think the Manager has changed and needs to be more intelligent in allotment of rooms and procedures. Not putting MK down but because I'd like to come back, I'd like to see the old level & quality of service restored.

Responsive staff. Neat and tidy rooms. Good South Indian food served as breakfast and dinner only. Good room service. WiFi available. Cable TV mostly south Indian channels and few English/ Hindi channels. Punctual Travel Service partner. Peaceful surroundings.

I stayed with family for 2 days in mk residency. The property is located in prime area. Support staff behaviour is excellent. Clean rooms with a kitchen setup is excellent. Enjoyed our stay and a must recommend whoever travel to coimbatore. Kudos to the manager and owner. Good.

Really worth mentioning that was complete package in terms of comfort and luxury. The services and staff was so humble and cooperative. Recommend everyone to stay for every occasion. I experienced wonderful time during my stay with family at the property. Breakfast at the restaurant is delicious.

MK Residency has been around for many, many years but the one thing I have always appreciated is the maintenance of the place. It still looks like brand new. The other thing is the flexibility of the staff and their courteousness & care. It's a comfortable place and I don't think you could find any better in Coimbatore at that rate.
