I'd like to inform you that we're providing very good rooms for a very reasonable price comparatively and our bathrooms may be little small for your expectations but I assure you that it definitely will be very clean and hygienic. We'd like to inform you that we'll provide only soap and towel and that's what we've mentioned in the platform too. We'll take the coffee maker issue as a feedback and will try to improve on that. We'd like to inform you that, you arrived on a completely busy day and you have only booked the rooms just 30 minutes before your arrival to our property. while we received your booking mail all the rooms have been occupied before few minutes and while we try to block the opening slots in the MMT platform your booking mail arrived and we immediately Rejected your booking within 5 minutes and while we try to contact you, we don't have any contact number of yours. I'd like to inform that we've responded within 5 minutes. We also accommodated you with other alternative rooms for reduced price. Thanks for hearing out our explanation too. But anyhow, we're sorry that this unpleasant incident happened to you during your visit. We'd make sure that this won't happen again. Have a great day sir.

Hello sir, Sorry that your stay with us was not pleasant. We'd like to inform you that we're changing the bed covers after each and every stay with a fresh one and we're maintaining high standards of hygiene in our rooms. I'd like to know whether you've informed the bedsheet smell issue in our reception. If you've, then we'd have changed the room for you immediately and would've taken all the necessary actions to rectify the issue in that room right away. About second issue that is waking you up during sleep time. I've enquired about this with our staffs and checked the CCTV and came to know that Roomboy knocked your room at 9.45 PM because you've parked your car in a wrong position so that he asked you to adjust that. Finally about the last issue that is no food in our lodge. Yes sir we don't have a restaurant in our premises and we haven't falsely mentioned anywhere that we have one in our premises, but we have many hotels nearby in walking distances and also if you've called the room service our roomboy would've bought you anything that you ask for from the nearby shops and hotels to your room and also we have tie up with delivery agents who can deliver the food to your room from any restaurants that you wish from all around our town for a very minimal delivery charges. Anyhow we're sorry that these misunderstandings happen during your stay with us and we'll definitely put our utmost effort that these issues will not happen again. Have a great day sir.
