Water heater not working at bathrooms and while asking there we didn’t get proper solution

It was okay. Location is convenient to the hospital. Clean rooms.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at M Stay Hotel. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were very courteous, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room service was prompt, efficient, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and cozy. One of the highlights was the food, which was delicious and consistently of high quality. The variety and taste exceeded my expectations. Overall, M Stay Hotel offers great hospitality, comfort, and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The food quality and service is good along with their hospitality . I found the rates also reasonable , I strongly recommend that one should try this place provided the locataion is suitable , slightly away from the city centre

Very good hotel. Dinesh and Parthiban at the reception are most courteous and helpful people. Ready to help with any problem at any time. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious.

Water smells very bad. Did the drilling work at midnight?! It's not a hotel at all. It was one of the worst experiences i had in recent times.

Food is not available in hotel

Room was huge but moderately clean. Ac made sounds which was slightly disturbing and the flush water kept running and would work at all. Breakfast is sent as packed box to the room and which was supposed to be at 7:30 instead came at 8:05 am pushing our leaving time line which was suppose to be 8 am

Property was good. Choices of food was limited as it didn't had a inhouse restaurant. There was only room service.

Ambiance is good and Quality of the hotel is high. Service is good. Pleasant Stay. Food is good with reasonable price.

Very basic. No restaurant available for guests staying at property. Only room service. Average place. Nothing to write home about.

The bedsheets were faded,almost yellow. The inner and outside of the same bedsheet was 2 different shades of white. The place was too noisy. Had a constant machine noice (maybe a centralised AC control unit) which was unbearable.

I didn't get the refund till now. I had an medical issue while heading to the hotel I ask to refund them they did approve my cancellation request from make my trip it's very rude.

M stays is a convention centre with about 30 rooms. I was given a very large room for a very decent price. Staff service is just about good.

Breakfast was very bad in taste.

Very good stay

The rooms are comfortable, the ac works well. Rooms are neat and clean and well maintained, parking is available and covered. The m kitchen can improve on the quality of the food

Hotel was good, they give packaged breakfast & not buffet. Rooms are well maintained but bedsheets & pillow covers look very old. Food is tasty & economical
