Maanas Homestay

We had visited Tirupati to take Darshan of lord .We reached Tirupati rly station at 5 P.M.from Bangalore .Immediately We hired the auto for going to Manas Guest house. The care was kind enough to guide the auto driver to reach the destination. After reaching the destination We have seen the two bed room hall Apartment with open kitchen all electrical gadgets, utensils were available. Also vi.fi connection and smart TV was provided.The caretaker also guided us to take Darshan of various temples in Tirupati and tirumala even though he was admitted in hospital.Care taker was kind hearted person.We as a family enjoyed the stay at Manas home stay.

Excellent service, house was good. Lovely area. There is few eatery near the homestay but we preferred swiggy and zomato and the delivery was super good. Staff boy was good. Location was in the middle of the city so there is excess for malls and shopping centers. We will look forward to visit again in our next tirupati trip. From the hall window, you will get to see the tirumala hills clearly, it gives a positive vibe.

The homestay is perfect for those looking for a place to stay with their family for a day or two. We stayed for a day and liked how everything was easily reachable. The accommodation itself was clean, hygienic and had everything essential in it. The host, mr. Prakash, is helpful and accommodating. He would assist you to the best of his ability and was available on call anytime we had requests or questions.

Maanas stay was a good place where stayed 2 night with family. It is nice, calm, and safe place for family. The owner is very careful with calm behaviour. The care taker guided me whatever i required. The room was also good and full fill of needed accessories like wifi, tv, chair and also space for our useful itoms. The top floor room get hit at mid day time.

Stay was very good and rooms were clean and good, this Maanas Homestay is located in residential area so there is no much disturbance you can come by your own vehicle parking facility is there and we have taken ac suite, we were givien 2 rooms, fridge, kitchen item and tv overall the stay is more than expected at low price.

1) location and flat were excellent 2) flat was very spacious and clean 3) the owner was courteous and helpful 4) flat tariff was very reasonable 5) kitchen utensils, electric cooker and induction stove can be better 6) 24-hours check-in is very helpful and ideal 7) mosquitoes was a little bit of a problem

From. Airport to maanas homestay is at a distance of 12 km found the local transport. The owner was a genuine person informed me about the local area and location to some religious places the place was quite near to the bus stand and other basic daily required things were readily available.

Great stay, staff was helpful and owner was also very helpful throughout stay. We reached room late in the night, owner came to help accommodate room. Room had sufficient place for 2 to stay and had space for additional bed too. Property provided soap, shampoo and towels too.

Overall stay is good. Good maintenance. Clean and nice flats. Good stay for family members. 2 bhk ac rooms.

The road leading to the room is not good. If it rains during your stay, you might have to walk through dirty water. Other than this, everything is perfect. Great view from the penthouse.

Nice stay with my family. Staff very co-operative. Restaurants are half kilometers away. We need to park outside only. Since it is a colony we can park near by on the street. I prefer it for my next trip as well.

Facilities are nice n homely hospitality. Area is a residential one, easily accessible, nice to stay along with family. Host is also very polite person. On the top of it price was also reasonable.

Home stay is good with near by Maanas Homestays for lunch and dinner provided if one has their own vehicle. If the piligrim is planning to travel but public transport they have to walk for certain distance for public transport else have to book ola
