MAAYON RESIDENCY

This serviced apartment was maintained well by the caretaker. Stay was pleasant and comfortable. We stayed as family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Spacious for up to 8. Induction stove and vessel provided on request. Limited vessels only available. Provisionals from shops, other essentials and tea/coffee were supported by care taker of the property on time. Ample parking space available. Super market nearby. Food can be ordered through swiggy/zomato.

The MAAYON RESIDENCY located in the city center and lots of public transport, nearby restaurants, bars etc. The MAAYON RESIDENCY staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast not bad. The room a bit small but the bed is really comfortable.

Staff and cleanliness maintained is really good; staff helped us with our questions and also provided us the induction cook top as we had requirement of hot water. That really helped in this covid times to drink hot water always. Thank you for everything.

I booked this property for my family stay during, my visit to tirupati. Mr. Dam u as a host is excellent. Neat and clean home. I will definitely suggest this property to friends and family.
No temperature is measured for any individual.

Safety standards are good, this stay is near to the city and good restaurants too. Manager was helpful enough to guide us about the must visit places around in tirupati. Must try coffee and tea when you're here.
