I will start off with the cons : (1) The road to the stay was pathetic and due to weather conditions, it just made things really really bad. We thought our car will stop on the way as the slushy road was making it difficult for the tyres to pass through. (2) No activities apart from the room basic facilities. (3) Food was above average. (4) No hot water for Bath. Pros : (1) Cabin rooms were beautifully maintained and we could forget ourselves in the midst of nature. Very serene atmosphere and it literally felt we were in the middle of a dense forest. (2) The service was really good and the people are very friendly. (3) Pet friendly place as they had three adorable dogs which kept following us everywhere. (4) Overall we had a memorable stay and didn't regret our small trip. Nothing went wrong.

Different experience of stay-no tv, no connectivity and great local flavored food. Lots of open space to walk and hike. Serene and calm play to unwind with friends and family
Absolutely clean rooms and wash areas. Only missing was the enforcement of masks and temperature checks. Dining area and walk-ways were very clean and sanitized.

Very Good Hispitality Somu who was our guys at the restaurant and Cook Ravi were excellent. Cottages are clean and well maintained, good generator back up since power was cut off due to rains. Only issue is the 700 mtrs road to the resort is full of slush and seems risky if u are visiting during rainy season, so be careful.

The stay over there felt like being in jungle. Adventurous, very deep inside coffee plantation and near to Nagarhole National Park. In the night we hear all kinds of sounds. Very great place to sit back relax for couple of days near to nature. Restaurant staff provided what ever we asked of the menu.

This is my second visit to Machaan Nagarahole. The property is good. I think children will get bored as there is nothing for them. I think one point for them to improve is that the property manager need to engage with the guests. We did not meet in 3 night stay over there.

The rooms are comfortable with modern features. The food provided i'd good as well. No issues with the staff. Just a note, they do not have any special amenities nor do they organize morning walks or any other programs. It's just accommodation.

Overall good stay with decent room, good staff, really green place. Only negative is the approach to resort for last 1 km was scary with full mud and rain water. Risky as well.
