Madachya Banat

Stayed at the resort for 2 nights. The resorts is in the middle of coconut trees. Standard rooms, nice location close to the beach. Quite calm and serene place. The beach nearby us also nice with some water sports activities including Paramotor. The Madachya Banat has a nice kitchen and food preparation is good too. Some pros and cons in Madachya Banat. Pros- good location, beach nearby, food quality is good and rates are ok, rooms are fine, staff is ok. Cons- no wifi, mobile signals weak, limited breakfast menu, room rates could be lesser, only cash. Overall the stay was nice and we had a good time as the entire resort was empty. Places if interest like Jaigarh Fort and the Ganesh Temple are also around and must-visit.

Better than all other resorts in Ganpatipule but don't expect too much add ons. No security guard at night/day on main doors, breakfast even requested can't be given before 8.30 or even 9 am. Very limited staff same person cleans rooms and wash areas and same person cooks and manages kitchen, plumbing and whatnot. One family owns the resorts and they are all the time minutely observing the guest and their staff all the time similar to a big boss show. No coverage in resort so in a way, it's good that you are away from world- good part- very very near to beach 2-3 minutes walk Malgund is the best beach in this strict with very less crowd and all things that one needs. Overall you can stay here but avoid couple rooms.

We recently visited Ganpatipule for vacation and chose this property. I must say that it is a very nicely located property very near to Malgund Beach. Nicely maintained room, clean and courteous staff. Rooms are spacious and care has been taken to provide all basis amenities in the room. The property is huge and ample space for garden, plan tree and children play area. Different varieties of breakfast is served everyday. Food is very nice and reasonably priced. The owner are very nice and friendly. I never knew Malgund Beach is so serene and beautiful and this property is the best located place near it. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay and would rate my experience 4.5/5.

The location is good as beach is opposite to the premises. The room was spacious and clean. Washroom was clean and the linen was clean. The dinner was lip-smacking and served piping hot. We wish the same quality was maintained for breakfast and it would have been served warm. Tea, coffee served was not hot and did not taste that good. Staff was good. We wish management could have been little more courteous. Little bit of seating arrangement on the lawns would drastically improve the overall experience.

Excellent location. Right opposite Malgund Beach. Beach is very clean and secluded, almost like a private beach. Some water sports are conducted. Breakfast spread was nice, that life-to was yummy. Amazing fresh seafood. Cooperative staff. Clean rooms. Hot water available. Only negative point was that it is a little far from the temple. But that makes the location less crowded and less commercial. Definitely recommend it.

Average Madachya Banat but very well maintained. Location is perfect opposite to Beach. Walk able distance. Breakfast menu is limited but tasty food. We had dinner also was good. Suggest they serve sambhar with Idli against only chutney. They have small play area and swing for kids which was good for us. Small electrical outage issue was there but was uncontrollable so can't blame. Staff was very good.

Nice property and location. Property is a minute away from the Beach. One can have good road trip experience. If you are travelling from Mumbai or Pune, go from Chiplun to Guhaghar and then to this place Mirgunde. There are many spots on the road of good view of beach. The resort is amazing, service is really good. Food prepared is good. Do try Sea food here. For veggies 'kajuchi usal'.

Very good Madachya Banat. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is hospitable and welcoming. Owners are present at the property all the time and take care of the guests personally. The Madachya Banat is right next to malgund beach which makes it convenient for access. In house restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. Overall the property is excellent.

Only had few issues during check-in, as wrong room was allotted and it took almost an hour to resolve this issue. Otherwise nice resort with lot of food options and quick service.
There were no hangers or hooks to hang cloths in the closet, neither any place to store or place cloth. No ceiling fan in the room.

The only thing which was not good was the wifi connection and speed inside the room. The service was so nice that we got a feeling of being served at home.

The way we expected, we have everything in Madachya Banat, real taste of food, nearest to Beach, cool place, and excited to confirm food quality, awesome taste of Kokan, the way they cook food with all authentic mas alas, no color in food, we love it, kids have precious place for playing.

Unexpected place at Chiplun. Little away from the Ganesh temple. Just opposite the beautiful beach. Great ambiance. Quiet place one looks for. Highly recommend for families. Food quality is excellent.

We stayed in the resort for 2 nights, had an amazing experience, beach is at walkable distance. Ganpati Mandir is around 15 minutes (4km). Very polite and nice staff, good for couple, family and friends.

Worth your money, very less staff but always on their toes. Ample car parking space. Limited rooms and. Homely environment.

All safety measures were taken. The rooms were clean and sanitized. Food was typical maharashtrian and excellent. Location is prime, in front for serene calm, clean beach. Service is excellent. Owner is very courteous and friendly. We liked the Madachya Banat very much. 10 out of 10 points

It was superb. View was very pleasant. We enjoyed a lot.

We spent two nights at marya ha Banat. The positive feature was that the resort is located right opposite the mal und Beach, which is less crowded. On the flip Side, there was frequent malfunctioning of the ac in our room. The breakfast is served quite late at 9AM and there's limited variety of food.
