The hotel Madhu place was not good for service providing and also Not giving morning breakfast and Lunch or dinner which is Including in fare or not good ambiance of the hotel very regretting

The staff was very friendly and did their best to provide good service. However, I had some concerns that made me a bit uncomfortable, such as the inability to lock the door from the inside.( we replaced the room).The washroom was not terrible, but it wasn’t great either. The bed sheets and pillows were okay, but the blanket was in poor condition. I wouldn’t highly recommend this place, though it is somewhat budget-friendly. Just be sure to double-check your bed sheets, pillows, and blankets before going to sleep. Overall, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but we had a good experience

Nice place to stay. Near to bandh ganga. You can stay here and near to railway station and bus stand

The hotel was excellent. All the staff and facilities were excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. The washroom was clean

We lived there and not found very good they were like not good.

. I booked for 4 adult bedroom but they dont have. After formalaties they showed me the room that was really a how that property can asked for day. It don't deserve even 700 rs like dharamshalas. And i left the property, manage to live somewhere else. I want full money back of this booking.

Room need proper ventilation, daily cleaning & hot water. Bed sheet also need to change on daily basis.

Very good service experience staff i love my stay at madhu palace.

There are many problem faced in hotel, flush of toilet sheet is not working, exhaust and wash wasin is also not working, i told the owner to repair then he told me that is resolving it, but not resolved in my 2 day stay

I found hotel location easily. I had only tea & coffi not food at madhu place. It was good experience. Amenities found average according to services provided by hotel. Room was not clean and over condition was also not good. Seems like they have converted old rooms to look new, which still not mentained properly. Even bed sheet were also torned.

When i reached hotel room was allotted in that bathroom flush was not working. I complained no other room was allotted immediately. Secondly foul smell coming bed was broken, fan was working very slow, bedsheet was very dirty. When we complained no one helped in staff. And cheating was done by manager in terms of cash money. Don’t book this hotel all staff is very bad.

Very poor conditions in washroom cubbort flash not working washroom buckets is darty, small table is very darty. Hath se paani dalna pad-ta hai. Door bad condition, overall hotel madhu palace is bakwas hotel.

A terrible experience we had where the person not even provided the amenities as discussed i.e. at such a cool place no hot water was available. Not was supported externally. As per the image room even lacked cooler for which we paid. It all not ends here, while check out they charged us 500 extra than the already booked amount. His arrogant behaviour is what messed it all. Hotel is very deep inside. No vehicle can reach there.

The location of the hotel is upto the mark. Hotel staff are very polite and helpfull. Good service at all in this budget.

I did not get any check in on booked room. Hotel denied the check in as their rooms were already booked. And they simply rejected my booking confirmation from mm t and they did not even give refund. Mm t please issue my refund.
