The property at mad-packers is excellent, offering clean, well-maintained facilities and a comfortable environment. However, the behavior of some staff members is unprofessional, which detracts from the overall experience. We have always held mad-packers in high regard as a reputable chain, and we never expected such shortcomings in hospitality from them. Despite the property's prime location and great amenities, the lack of proper service and professionalism from certain individuals leaves much to be desired. We believe that with enhanced staff training and a more diplomatic approach, mad-packers can truly elevate its service standards to match its exceptional property.

"the staff at the hostel were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Since i was traveling past midnight, finding transportation to the opposite side of laxman jhula became difficult. However, they arranged for transportation at very short notice, and i’m really grateful for their help. The hostel itself is very beautiful, and while the room could have been a bit more spacious, the beds were very comfortable. I also met some like-minded travelers, which made the experience even better. The common room and the view from the rooftop were amazing"

Excellent experience staying at madpackers OG. Neet and clean property with beathtaking river Ganga view. Staff especially Kartik and Sagar are very humble and helpful. I had booked mixed dormitory, but upon arrival I was not comfortable as there were no female in the room so Kartik immiditely changed my room in female dormitory without any extra charges. I would highly recommend madpackers OG.

Madpackers felt like a home away from home! The rooftop mornings were peaceful and inspiring I even penned down a special poetry entry for my diary. Saksham and the team were incredibly welcoming, ensuring every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the vibe was lively. I found this property through MMT and was impressed by the great ratings on it. Before reaching the property I received the call from property representative and email as well, I didn't have any problem in reaching the location, The staff was welcoming, polite and full of enthusiasm. on Christmas Eve, We had the celebration throughout midnight and enjoyed a lot.

A good stay for travelling in Rishikesh, with good location having amazing individuals and the host Saksham (bawaa) and Khyati were just lighting up the room with good vibes making everyone comfortable around.

Love the view from the rooftop, and the amenity is needed and clean, also the reception staff is supportive and makes sure to make your trip wonderful in all members he can like providing cab, rafting, etc
