Very bad experience, no one is there to listen to you. No wifi coverage, room quality is bad.

Had a pleasent stay with family. No parking facility other than that fine. They guide in planning things out.

Host is very polite and good. If you want to stay in arambol the stay is good. The main issue we faced network connectivity. Mobile network is very poor. Also, wifi is not working properly. Hope, host will fix at-least wifi issue asap.

The stay at madrid home was superb, firstly thanks to joe uncle who was very welcoming and helpful till the last day of the stay. His son malcom was very nice and supportive in answering all our queries.

It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I travel-led from mumbai to this location for around 580 kms with my aged parents who are both approximately 72 years. After a tiring journey on the first day, when i called up the owner and his son they asked me to enter the lane of their property with my car to drop the luggage. I was told that there was no parking space at the property but i could bring my car inside to drop my parents and the luggage and then go to a separate beachfront open parking which was a paid one and around 600 metres from the property. I had to bring the car through a narrow lane wherein there was no other space for any person to squeeze through after the car entered the lane. The madrid home property shared its entrance and common area with another one called homes. After the baggage was dropped and my parents entered suddenly a guy who was the supposed owner of homes and neighbour of madrid homes came out shouting and hurling abuses asking me to move out the car. My dad who was tired after the journey had to come out and the guy not to create a scene whereas madrid homes watched the guy shouting at me. It was insulting. They should have gone to this guy and taken onus of apologising and settling the matter, instead the guy forced me to reverse the car without giving me an inch to turn the car around. It was extremely difficult to reverse the car through the cramped lane. This was a bitter experience which i could have forgotten. However the penultimate day of my stay, on 27th morning the drama started. First mr. the landlord came and asked me if i could vacate the room booked for my stay and shift in with my parents. I had my brother coming down from bangalore and he asked both my brother and me to shift with my mom and dad in their room. I refused. Then his son came after and hour and told me it was resolved and no need to shift. Thereafter when i had moved out with my parents for a sightseeing and was driving mrs , the wife called up and asked me to shift out of the room and stay either in my parents room or in a location 2-3 kms away in her brother’s property which i didn’t even see or know and was away from where my parents were who needed assistance. for a russian and the russian guy was adamant to be in the same room asking us to vacate at night. I told her i would see after reaching home and ultimately agreed. However, just within 15 mins after talking to my parents and hearing their apprehensions i called up mr and informed him that i would not and that this experience is a very traumatic one for me. Starting from my first day when i was threatened by his neighbour to that moment being asked to move out. I told him to get it resolved and not ask me. He told he wld get back in an hour. However he didnt. Then after around 4 hours while i was still outside i get a call from my brother who didn’t go out with us and was resting in the same room, stating that is asking him to pack up and that i have decided to vacate the room. I told when i was put on the speaker that this is a harrowing experience and i had never told that i would vacate. I blamed him for this confusion however, i was under by this family throughout the day i gave in and finally relented to shift to his uncles place 2-3 kms away from my parents.

It was a good pace to stay. Rather the people were more welcoming and helped us on various occasions. The room were clean and we were given all basic nessisities.

Excellent stay, madrid homes is at an amazing location. Mr joe goes beyong his limits to make everyone so comfortable during the stay at home. If in goa, you must stay here; 1 min to beach and 20 secs to the road where you get everything that you want ( food, clothing, beverages, etc. But so much in the neighbourhood doesn’t bring any noise to the rooms as the rooms are built in such a way. Fantastic stay! loved it

This place is very near to arambol beach. Only two minutes walk. Room condition is okay. Don’t expect any luxury there. Value for money. Full privacy zero disturbance host.

Its avery good place for family and couples and even solo for solotraveller its a very peaceful place to live and especially the host are very good and kind they did every help for me to roam around the town thank you

Arambol is a real nice place. One must got to visit the place. And mad-rid home is where you stay. Their excellent hospitality makes the trip even more memorable.
