Staying in this Madurai Residency was a pleasant experience overall. Checkin. It was very fast and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes. Greetings and welcome by reception staff was very nice. Room: room was large enough, comfortable ( central ac). Good bathroom ( i thought it should have been little bigger). Detailed seteof toiletries were provided. Food: we ordered lunch in the room. It was good. We went on terrace restaurant for dinner. Restaurant staff provided good service. Food was good. Complementary breakfast: this was the highlight of our stay. Excellent variety. Delicious south indian items, juices, fruit cuts etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Pros : my stay at madurai residency was comfortable, and i appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. Everything was great and thank you for the hospitality! especially the travel packages was a nominal cost. Surprisingly they cut down the amount on my end of the tour. Thank you! cons : the room was generally nice, though i found few cockroaches on wash room area and was challenging to adjust the temperature on remote which is older. Service was a really great but food taste is okay only.

Madurai residency is located near madurai railway train station and bus station and a few more minutes from the meenakshi temple. Reception staff is helpful. Rooms are well maintained, clean and small. There is a rooftop restaurant provide authentic south and north indian dishes. Complementary breakfast is good with limited varieties. Cons: during checkout un expected no. Of security persons and bellboys are coming for collecting tips. It is very much distrubing. Poor car parking facility.

The location of the Madurai Residency is excellent and at a walkable distance from sri meenakshi temple. The breakfast was also very nice and got an excellent range & quality of south indian food. The Madurai Residency also has two restaurants, one of them is at the roof top providing a good variety of food. The room amenities & services were also good but there's a need for some exhaust facility to avoid bad smell in the washroom.

When i was searching for a good and traditional Madurai Residency accommodation near goddess meenakshi temple at madurai, it was a pleasant surprise for me when i came across the facade of madurai residency. The ambience was a mix of antiquity and elegance. All the staff were courteous and service was on time. Food was good. Overall, it was quite economical and the experience was worth for the money spent

It’s a Madurai Residency located right in the heart of city, 500 meters from meenakshi temple and right in market. Staff is very courteous and rooms are ok. Although room size could have been bigger on this price range. Restaurant is good with roof top dining options from where the view is awesome. Food quality was extremely good and seasonable also. Overall nice stay with family.

Rooms and room service is very good. But improve the food taste, food cost is high and not at all worth for that taste

The comfort room was spacious but the bathroom was small one of the room the ventilation in the bathroom was not working and hence the bathroom was wet always

It was good the food was good the only thing which we found bad was that, in that hot climate when asked for one more bottle thev told only 2 bottled per day and extra bottle will be charged at rs 80 for 1 ltr that is 4 times the normal cost so please don't play business with water

The property's location is at the heart of the city. Its tallest building in the city. It's a very good family Madurai Residency. Food wise we loved the food very much. Its is nicely maintained and clean. Dinner at the rooftop with a city view with cool wind makes it more pleasant.

I booked 3 rooms and all were well maintained and had a good space. Hospitality by the Madurai Residency staff was also good.

Hotel madurai was a wonderful stay for 5 days. The Madurai Residency was good, clean, and offered excellent service.
