Madurai Residency

location is nice and very near to railway station and bus stand and walking distance from Minakshi Amman Temple. Positive: Comfort rooms are nice to stay, Rooms and bathroom was clean. staff was smiling and helpful. reception was attentive. environment had a positive vibe. Decent place to stay and value for money. we have not tested food here, not sure about it. Recommendation for things which can improve: 1.Hotel can provide at least two eating dishes and spoons, it will enhance stay experience. 2.Bathrooms can have toilet papers Overall Madurai Residency has provided Great experience for us. We had 3 comfort rooms with 6 adults and 2 childs. We felt very comfortable in stay , while checking in and checking out. Enjoyed 2 days stay. Thank You Hotel Madurai Residency and MMT.

Madurai Residency is Excellant stay for Families. Rooms are Very safe and Hygiene. Washrooms also neat and equipped with good fecilities. Provided all Complimentary items including News paper, Drinking water. Manager Ravisankar sir and reception staff are very customer supportive. Other staff also very cooperative. My rating is Excellant +++++. We stayed 5 elderly families on piligramage.

It's very near to the railway station as well as meenakshi amman temple. I would say abv. Average facilities and the food is too good. Very friendly staff and the Madurai Residency has got rooftop restaurant for evening and night dinner and you get a beautiful night view of madurai

It is a descent stay. But there are flaws. The wooden flooring had gaps in lots of places and was moving. Wifi was very very poor and it has a limited data given and every time it has to be reset which was inconvenient. Too much of external noise.

Hotel is okay but locality is average. Central ac though cools doesn’t give feel of fresh air, either filters are inadequate or not maintained. For hot water in bathroom you need to chase reception. Barring these issues all other points are ok.

Based on the rankings in MMT I have selected this Madurai Residency for stay. After my stay I found that the ratings given are 100% correct. Good quality food,Best hospitality, good ambiance and services of staff is very good.

Nice and clean rooms and convenient location. Serves basic needs of pilgrims. Need to be a little flexible about late check outs. Learn they give 24 hours check out if booked directly but not if through mmt

They take too much time to allocate room for booking via mm t portal, unless otherwise no issues on this stay.

I expected cleaner and bigger rooms ,but u had to stay for a day. it was good. we booked 4 rooms and was traveling with kids.

Good location and excellent services. Courteous staff and value for money. It is close the railway station and good connectivity.

Rooms are neat and clean, centrally located and breakfast was very good also the staff were very polite. Liked their service.

Stayed in room 310. Positives are location, value for money and comfort. We had a leaking tap at wash basin inspite of repeated feedback it was leaking till we checked out.

My stay is comfortable, but restaurant beverages are costly for room service.
