Basic hotel. No frills. Good location. Good service. Room condition can be improved. Rooftop restaurant is good. Buffet breakfast is okay.

We checked in only by 5.00 PM. Room allotted was very small with little space to move around. It appears that for normal customers they provide large sized rooms and customers they provide smaller room. Wi-Fi connectivity waz very poor.

Room was neat and clean, so the entire property. There was one bad experience, we called 3 times to room service to send water bottles, didn’t even get once.

Location is great near to Junction and not far from the temple. Breakfast service was good with very courteous staff in the restaurant.

Very poor- Poor housekeeping, Room smells badly. No cleanliness inside room. Restaurant also poor... Plates were not clean housekeeping taken for granted. Worse than a lodge

Good hygienic rooms at reasonable prices. Breakfast menu is mainly South Indian. Very near to Meenakshi Amman Temple.

Very good - overall

We stayed for less than 24 hours, but it was comfortable. Room was clean and room service was prompt. The food at the rooftop menu was tasty and so were the views of the Meenakshi Amman temple. It has an added advantage that the Railway station is at a walking distance.

I booked comfort room, I thought room would be big enough to accommodate extra mattress. However just to add one extra mattress whole furniture need to be moved out. I highly doubt that I was given comfort room. I think hotel gave as standard room in place of comfort room. I checked in around 11 PM so I had nowhere to go so I just accepted my fate.

Poor service Lots of problems with room- door card not working, AC stopped working, room not cleaned, dirty glasses kept, restaurant staff arrogant.

Descent stay- Small room for the price you pay, but comfortable if you are only looking for night stay, attached washroom can cause some bad smell in the room, no proper ventilation in the bathroom. Hotel location is very good, close to railway station, Meenakshi Amman temple, restaurants etc. overall descent stay with family for a night

Overall it was just average stay. Food was very expensive and useless. Mineral water cost was 53 rs per bottle. Charges were like 5 star hotel, but food taste and room cleanliness was like 2 star hotel. Room washroom was average. No ventilation in washroom and whole room. Felt suffocation all the time. Travel desk was good. The plyboard was placed in between the rooms. I could feel the other room talking clearly in the room. Just hot boiling water was available in the washbasin and shower head, don't know the reason behind it. Had to take shower in hot boiling water , as cold water was not available and had to leave for my next flight. Not recommending for stay . Stay only in case of emergency and for short stay.

location is very much accessible and facilities are very good. staff is very supportive. all location are nearby

nice location, nice roof top restaurant, comfortable stay and it was easy to commute to the temple.

It’s good and pleasent stay , near to temple and near to market , railway station near by , local market is good , food stalls are good and variety of choices

Toilets don't have proper ventilation and it smells bad. The hotel is very old and they tried keeping it as clean as possible

I recently stayed at madurai recdency and was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. They were unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, and when we asked for extra towels, they were slow to respond. The housekeeping staff was nowhere to be found when we needed them. The manager we spoke to was dismissive and unapologetic about the issues we faced. It was clear that the staff was not trained to provide good customer service. The room was decent, but the poor service from the staff overshadowed everything. We would not recommend to anyone due to the unhelpful and rude staff.
