Outstanding staff behaviour. Truly courteous and helpful with whatever you need . Mr . Mitra and team made it comfortable for us. . But the Magellan's The Golden Bridge lacks infrastructure . Approach road to the Magellan's The Golden Bridge is really bad, rooms not clean with below average amenities. Room heating is a major issue. Food options very very limited. Overall I would suggest the Magellan's The Golden Bridge management to invest in the Magellan's The Golden Bridge in terms of room quality and food with adequate basic amenities. And the price point is too high for the current state the infra is in. Ideal price for this Magellan's The Golden Bridge should be 1500-180 keeping in mind the amenities and services it offers . Once again the staff follows what is called “ Athithi Devo bhawah “ . Management pls look into this. You got a great team with a bad setup.

The Magellan's The Golden Bridge is clean. But The staff hesitated to give extra milk powder sachets. They close The kitchen at 8.30 and when I asked for tea they refused to take the order. Instead, I asked them to give sachets to prepare myself which The boy in The counter hesitated to give. Never seen such people before. They charged more for one room heater and also the TV did not work. But Magellan's The Golden Bridge is clean that is the only plus point. The helping boy at The counter is not good though the manager is ok.

the location, the service by the staff, the room, etc, everything was just wonderful, only the food was not upto the mark but that's ok, everything else was just awesome 😍 I want to appreciate every staff of the Magellan's The Golden Bridge, being in sucha rural place they managed to take care of everything very well, the one staff in the yellow jacket was very good... I want to appreciate each staff there.

This is a new Magellan's The Golden Bridge and is very clean with all The facilities. Remember lacking is a remote area and you will have to face Long power cut. But this Magellan's The Golden Bridge is The beat one I can stay. Also there is shop right in front of it where you can have drinks as well and few smack too. I would highly recommend you to stay in this Magellan's The Golden Bridge.

The best part of the Magellan's The Golden Bridge is the view from the room window and they have a nice lounge in the 3rd floor to enjoy the view all around. The room itself is fine, no frills. It's comfortably sized. The staff was very helpful but limited. So room service took its time. Minor points but overall, a good place to base in lachung

Well located, spacious rooms, good view of the valley from the frontside rooms. Very well managed property as per the challenges in the area. Soft spoken and responsible staff. We faced certain initial challenges after a tiresome day and had some last minute requests but all were handled properly by anirban (manager.

Initially we were given room at 3rd floor without any view, after we asked to change the room, we were given room in 1st floor with very good mountain view. The room was spacious and hygiene. We ordered dinner and food was good with reasonable cost. Room service was good and staff was helpful.

Hotel is good to stay but staffs are less for room service. Chef made excellent food on our personal request and we all enjoyed lot.

Good staff, nice food, spacious rooms with much bed heater which is complementary. Service a bit slow but taste of food makes up for it.

The location is great. Surrounded by mountains and great view from front Side rooms. Service staff was friendly.

I visited in off season. The room was clean and spacious. In restaurant not all options were available at The time. Rate of food was higher than it should have been.

Courteous staff. They ensured your breakfast and dinner were perfect. They served only veg food. The room was overlooking The mountains. Heater would be provided, if you need. Staffs are keen to improve their service level. I would recommend this place. Thank you
