Honest Review — Not Worth the Stay If you’re considering this hotel for your stay in Candolim, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — there are far better options available in the same price range. ❌ Room & Cleanliness The rooms were infested with cockroaches, even on the bed, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic cleanliness was missing — the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and the table remained dirty despite multiple reminders and asked for room cleaning. The cleaning staff kept delaying every request. ⚠️ Facilities & Infrastructure There are no stairs, which makes movement inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable — it’s an open network with very poor coverage. I had to rely on my own hotspot throughout my stay. For a working professional, this was a big issue. 🚫 Strange & Unreasonable Rules The hotel enforces bizarre rules, like no drying clothes in the balcony and no outside food allowed, which makes little sense for tourists. These restrictions felt arbitrary and unnecessarily inconvenient. 🍽 Restaurant & Food The breakfast was decent, but the kitchen remained closed half the time, and there were frequent delays. If you return late, you can’t order or bring food from outside — very frustrating after a long day out. 👥 Staff & Service The staff was polite, but not genuinely helpful. Issues were either ignored or endlessly delayed. it doesn’t live up to that standard in any way. The property feels neglected and poorly managed, likely surviving only because it’s old and usually booked. 🏁 Final Verdict This hotel seriously needs better maintenance, management, and transparency. Until then, I would not recommend staying here. If you’re planning a trip to Candolim, choose a better-rated property nearby — you’ll thank yourself later.

It was a pleasant experience, even though i was here for only a day. The dinner that we had pre booked was really spicy and the garam masala and black pepper was very much in chicken, which could have been better since it had us running to the washroom frequently. But the overall experience was actually good. the room was clean and brilliant. Thank you. will surely visit again
