Abbu at the reception is your face with a smile and cheerful and helping attitude. He is your best resource with 2 boys in cafeteria - I mentioned their details to Abbu. They are awesome boys!

Terrible Stay

Rooms are poor and the food is also lacking. Only the male receptionist was good to talk to; otherwise, it was a poor experience overall. The hotel has a very congested entrance.

My stay was extremely disappointing due to poor hygiene and cleanliness. The room appeared unmaintained, with dust in multiple areas and visible stains on the bedding. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and did not feel sanitary. I checked out early because the conditions were far below acceptable standards.

I was to book this hotel as I’ve had very bad experiences in the past booking rooms online based on pictures. But I was in for a pleasant surprise—this place is actually good and safe. They offer in-room dining, which is very convenient. Overall, my stay was great, and I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, and it’s also one of the safest options for solo female travelers.

It was a great staying at the facility. The staff were coordial and the stay was comfortable and what we expected. One point of concern was no toiletries in the room that can be an easy improvement. But overall it was safe, hygienic and private.
