Magnus Calypso Suites

The food stuff that should be complimentary, they charge for it during the checkout process. I was not informed about it even after asking at the reception if there's something that i need to know about the rules. I was told there's nothing to know. This isn't my first time in pune Magnus Calypso Suitess and there hadn't been a single stay where the complimentaries were chargeable. It was a weird experience here, but the room was really good and cozy. I would like the management to be a little responsible and inform their regulations to their customers beforehand, or update their mm t information.

Location is excellent. Just 10 minutes distance from pune airport. Well decorated furnished clean suit room, just like 1 bhk flat with queen size bed, tv, wardrobe, side table, dressing table, cabinet in the bed room, dinning table, sofa, centre table in the drawing cum dinning room, wash basin, kuchen cabinet, refrigerator, electric kettle, cup, tea, sugar, milk, coffee sachet, clean toilet with geyser. Food is also delivered in the room, complimentary breakfast is available.

The Magnus Calypso Suites is located around 1.5 kms from airport which ensures great connectivity at all hours. The service provided is good with timely housekeeping, and kitchen staff making trips for room cleaning and food delivery respectively. Food, although a bit on the costly side, is good and served fresh. Also 24x7 food delivery means you don't have to depend on other sources.

Stay was good but check in and check was not good as you need to carry your own luggage, secondly lift wae working till 1st floor only complimentary breakfast was booked while booking the Magnus Calypso Suites but when reached at Magnus Calypso Suites they denied for the same at Magnus Calypso Suites for that i need to walk to another property for having breakfast rest were ok

We stayed for two days with family. Very good location. Feels very much specious. Hotel staff is good but little inconvenience with reception persons. There should be little flexibility with visitor policy. Even your son or daughter can not go along with you up to the room, for a while. This is ridiculous part of visitor policy. Overall, pleasant stay.

It was a great stay at magnus calypso. The rooms were clean as always. Loved the new lobby design. This place always has a good positive and refreshing vibe. Will recommend to others. Service is very good and staff is also very polite and courteous. Yes i had a great stay and always like the courteous staff. Extremely polite and friendly.

The stay was good and the Magnus Calypso Suites staff was very polite and cooperative. The location is great. The room is a refurbished apartment which is great and there is a also a small kitchenette. The great thing is that the you can order food 24/7. The stay and the ambience was enlightening.

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights. Great location - 2-3 min drive to airport, market is nearby. Ours was a bhk apartment - nice and clean. Tv was not working but after complaining, it was fixed, wardrobe was broken. For short duration, this place if fine but not recommended for long stay.

Food was delicious and room was clean and beautiful. Amenities were properly available at room. Worth to stay.

The rooms are ok but the Magnus Calypso Suites policies are bad they do mot have proper spoons they give take away wooden spoons which you can hardly use.

We had a short stay for airport transfer. The staff are very courteous. Location is very near by airport. Near by restaurants and market are available.

All good but for the electrical plug points. Also, room service needs to be improved - need prompt service

Though property is old. Service is at best. A door lock complaint was raised and was immediately resolved. Stayed for 4 nights.
