1. 0 location of the property is very near to backwater. 2. 0 there is a public road going between restaurant and staying facility. The parking area is also farther away from stay area. 3. 0 room service is non existant. If we want even morning tea you have to pay extra. Though to the defence of resort there is kettle and tea coffee bags. 4. 0 food is good but we found during our stay there was non veg soup but no vegetarian soup. On asking the reason. There was silence.

Excellent stay. We booked villa upper room which was spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. They arranged evening activities like musical chair games, ball passing, sky lantern etc. Food was good. Mr. Vivek chavan had setup telescope in the parking lot (star gazing) to view moon, saturn, jupiter (at nominal price. I highly recommend to try this especially kids. Gives them knowledge about planets. Overall a good stay

The location is simply amazing, there is a vast 16 SKM Lake right on front of the Resort, the boat club is 500 meters away and experience is surreal (so much better than the tiny Veena Lake kn Mahabaleshwar where you have to queue up). The food can be oily so it's better to opt for a-la carte so that you can get the chef to prepare the food minus the extra oil. But overall it's an amazing weekend getaway, I would give it 5/5.

The place is located in a great location river touch. Very peaceful and serene. Facilities are ok. Some facilities were not working and some were very old needing maintenance. The tents not having toilets combined were a hassle. Quality of tent was good. Food was great. Service was very good and staff was very welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Villa rooms are good. Good ac, bed, bathroom. No fridge in the room. Great view. Nice balcony. Situated a little far from the restaurant area and lakeside. Amazing view from the tree house. Food was good. Staff was efficient, polite and friendly. Little overpriced but inclusive of 3 meals so acceptable.

I had a wonderful time at the property. Its serene, exclusive and peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty were what impressed us. Hospitality was excellent. The rooms were clean, relaxing and comfortable. Food quality, taste, and variety was good but could improve. Must recommend the property to groups.

Good hospitality and care given by Magnus Caverns Resort team. At the resort, you can experience various activities. The location of the resort is really good, just on the banks of the dam, which gives it an amazing view. Taste of food is really good as well.

One of the best stays we have been. The the service was top notch. Beautiful location, we saw so many peacocks. We were provided with complimentary candle light dinner setup for both nights. It would be great if they setup a better game room.

Awesome stay. This resort has every activity for kids and adults. Serene and calm environment. This resort has 3 phases and you need to use electric car to go around.
