I recently stayed at stay-bird fortune MAGNUS FORTUNE HOUSE, MAGARPATTA, and it was a good experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Located on the main street, the MAGNUS FORTUNE HOUSE, MAGARPATTA is a peaceful stay option whenever i am traveling for work or leisure. The rooms and washrooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is professional. All rooms feature a dressing table that doubles as a work desk. The food options for in room service are yum with a terrace restaurant option with beautiful evening views. No issues with parking as well. Overall stay bird is a nice corporate style MAGNUS FORTUNE HOUSE, MAGARPATTA that i'll recommend to all.

Very well located in hadapsar magarpatta main road, neat and clean, decently designed rooms, excellent services, cooperative staff, specialy liked very good terrace restaurant n cafe f, enjoyed evening n tea and snacks with cool breeze and surrounding city view. Delicious food @ breakfast and dinner. Just walking distance from seasons & amanora mall for evening hangout. Very conveniently located to move around koregaon park, vimannagar, kalyani nagar, hadapsar, will surely plan again for my next trip to pune.

i stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. found the room to be comfortable. there is kettle and coffee/ tea sachets available, couple of water bottles. coming to breakfast, items are pretty less and no seperate cost for veg and non-veg folks so basically veg folks have to pay the same price as non veg. food quality is decent. overall liked it. as i checked out i was not handed over final bill with the breakup. to conclude, my overall stay was comfortable.

Since the facility was new, rooms are clean and tidy. It has all basic amenities like coffee/tea maker, bathroom towel (there was no dental kit or shower cap, etc. The major concern is that free breakfast starts only by 8. 00 am. And we need to wait 15 min to get the items filled. I had a very bad experience with the choice of egg ordered. If they improve the cafeteria service, then it will be an excellent experience.

Our checkin was at 1pm, but reached the location by 9:30am because of our flight timings. After requesting the receptionist and the manager, we were provided the room with no extra cost. Room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. Food quality should have improved, otherwise it's a must stay and you would enjoy the nearby malls and places.

Pros clean and tidy room. Basic amenities like coffeemaker, 2 half litre water bottle, bath towels and a fridge(no beverages or snacks inside) cons mine was a suite room, and it doesn't feel so. Bathroom was really congested towels had yellow marks over it. Breakfast choice is really poor need to remind twice or trice for any room service.

Didn't had much expectation as it was a budget MAGNUS FORTUNE HOUSE, MAGARPATTA, but to my surprise the MAGNUS FORTUNE HOUSE, MAGARPATTA is very well maintained, rooms are very clean and spacious, same for bathroom as well. Pretty value for money i would say. Also, location is very good, walking distance from seasons mall and amanora.

Located in a very convenient position on the magarpatta road and catering to your basic needs at a reasonable price. Good overnight business stay is assured with prompt services.
