Magnus Star Residency

I was here for 2n 3d, i saw some negative reviews on mmt, i was little bit worried about those comments and i already did bookings and saw the reviews later, but, as soon as i reached the premises, i felt excited. Under ground and street side parking was allocated, rooms were properly cleaned, food was awesome, hospitality and services was way better. Breakfast options was limited, but whatever they had was more than enough at the price they offer for room. In short, from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, and if i am again in pune, i will prefer this for sure.

I had a 3 days stay with my wife at Magnus Star Residency mag-nus star residency. The Magnus Star Residency provided us with all the amenities listed in make my trip app. Rooms were neatly arranged and clean. Washroom quality and neatness was of the highest order. Room service and reception service was excellent. Restaurant inside the Magnus Star Residency was also good with value for money foods and beverages. Overall we had a pleasant stay for 3 days at mag-nus star residency.

Our room was upgraded to a premium suite room for free, thanks to the management. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped. We didn’t feel the need to call the front desk at all. If you have taken a stay package with breakfast, then you won’t get any reminder call, it’s you who has to be present before the time gets over. Outside food is also allowed.

The location and food was great room service was good but there were small cockroaches and the rooms were not maintained properly there were exposed nails on the ground wooden parts of the floor were not in the place i would recommend this place but they should take care of these thing immediately otherwise it was good experience and i would like to revisit

It was quite pleasant stay at Magnus Star Residency. Staff was polite & cooperative. Property is at good location & easily approachable from any corner of pune. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The only thing about Magnus Star Residency which i don't like is they had access your room for cleaning purpose when you go out for work which is very wrong.

Stay was good but i have booked premium queen room and they have given me a twin attached bed it was so disturbing while sleeping rest was perfect. Safe for unmarried couple. Reception was friendly on the time of checkin u have to provide valid id proof and thats all they check. But mostly there are issue in online cab here. Other wise stay was good

It was nice experience at Magnus Star Residency with family and would be memorable one personally. Staff were kind, scope of improvement as per standard regards to greetings smile etc also since it seems business Magnus Star Residency focused for men where shower is on head no hand shower used by females so need to look at that rest all seems fine

Everything except the food services were good. We ordered brownie with ice cream and recieved only ice cream. We ordered spaghetti and recieved penne. We could've been told at the time that it was unavailable but instead they once told so and called back to say it is available and this caused a lot of frustration. We expect better accountability.

Room cleaning for continuous stay is not taken care.

Cleanliness and service was very good. Breakfast requires improvement in taste and variety.

It was good stay with family. It was clean and food was awesome. The location is on ghorpadi road not exactly in koregaon park.
