Stay was good. amenities were nice as well. however, the manager was greedy and tried confiscating extra money while we asked him to book cab for nathu la. that's the point where we had bad experience. also, they charged for the so called "complimentary welcome tea"!

Food quality is good but price is too high For the time of stay service is not satisfied. TV is not working and it's not attend for work after repeatedly complain. No door bell is there. Location is ok.

Room average but not as per room rent. Its not proper MG Marg, you have to go up from MG Marg. Toughest part is that you have to go 3rd floor with stairs, which is not possible for aged person as lift facilities not available. Service and food quality is good.
