not good exp there toilet seat not wash ,AC not working properly, food average

Ac is not working in entire hotel, changed room but ac was not serviced and unable to sleep entire night.

Property from outside looking good but from internally not good. Room facilities - 1. Room is not clean. 2. Water tap is not working. 3. Dairy drinking water is not provided, only on demands they provided. 4. Tv not working. Food- in brakefast daily only 2 options & these option repeated after one day. In pratha their is only atta. In other manu also not good. For outside food they not provided plates. Amenities- swimming pool water is too much durty. Overall not good service.

Exterior looks good, but the amenities and the service provided by hotel management was very poor, i mean basic amenities and basic requirements also they are not providing, no cleaning of the room.

होटल जैसलमेर की प्राइम लोकेशन पर में रोड पर आसानी से assiable है। स्टाफ बहुत सपोर्टिव हे। लेकिन होटल अब renovation मांग रहा है।

With such a hefty amount paid. There was no kettle for hot water, dirty towels, and the food was pathetic not willing to serve the hot food and the staff was so lathergic.

The mahadev palace hotel is everything which a bad hotel should have. Dirty room furnishings, old and rugged interior, dining space like a dingy hall, unprofessional manager and management. The property is good from outside but seems management is unprofessional. Bottled water given were seal broken. Shampoo bottles were refilled and room was really not clean. We stayed for night stay for one night as it was too late to head to seam desert and this hotel had parking. The first thing front manager on duty told us "subah thee k nau baje checkout hai " the last thing anyone would like to hear after driving 12 hours !

Hotel was genuinely nice, anyone can stay with family or a couple, this is my personal experience, people here are genuinely nice and very cooperative and supportive. I would really recommend this hotel

Hotel room was very dirty and even complimentary water bottle not provided charged extra for breakfast which not worth and bathroom shower and toilet flash nit not working no sop or other items provided

Terrible experience do not book this hotel there the photos uploaded by them are very different from actual photos. Also its way more expensive than the services they are offering.

We are very unhappy with hotel(mahadev hotel, no driver staying facilities as well as not toilet provision for driver we have to spend extra money for the same with other hotel, tv was not working in all room, (2) hotel booked in desert was very bed thety don't have any hot water facilites, room heater, poor room services, dirty bed sheets and towel,

Everything was nice including food. Only con is: property is little far from the main road - which attract transportation cost.

the hospitality of this hotel is superb but the rooms have old equipments which doesn't work like lock, taps etc. basic things like heating kettle is missing. second issue is food , it's way too oily. housekeeping is excellent and punctual.

The rooms were not even cleaned, the sheets in the bedroom were sooo dirty, bathrooms were not in the condition to use.

I had a one day stay in mahadev palace. Staff was very co- operative. I did breakfast, it had limited options but was good. But the rooms and dining area need more cleaning and maintenance. The dustbin was broken, although they provided another one after complain. But room was not as much clean as i expected. Also swimming pool was closed due to construction. I booked this hotel beacuse my baby is fond of swimming but i dispointned here although govt. Has allowed to open the pool. Overall avarage experience.
