Hotel is very good and the location to the main places is approachable. Overall good for my purpose. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is good. Front office and the staff are very good and attentive. This is my 5th time of stay as I travel here for travel purpose and at very good Location is very good. Having sufficient parking space. Right from Security to waiter are polite and humble. Room service is excellent. Nothing to explain. They know their job. Breakfast is really good. They serve diet food also as per need. A great stay.

I stayed on 01-10-2016 in Room 102. AC was making sound. Room was OK. Next morning flush of toilet didn't work. I made complaint but the problem was not solved even after half an hour. After this when I annoyed then only, Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel manager shifted me to another room. Its a old good Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel but needs to maintain old rooms. There was not much options in buffet breakfast. An average experience.

I stayed for 2 days in this Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel and found everything in perfect order which a traveller requires during a visit, in terms of cleanliness, service, front desk service with a smile are few of the things. Food taken during stay was superb ( yellow Dal and lacha prantha particularly is too good ).

One of the oldest Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel in Industrial town of Faridabad. Consistently rated by leading critics as the dining option for Chinese and Mughlai in the city. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was kind, polite and cooperative. It's quite reasonably priced so its quite Value for money too.

Very Good Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel Clean and easy accessible Food was also very good. Service was also very courteous reached at 12. 15 am but was given a warm welcome with all facilities Room was allotted immediately as if waiting for me. Request if any food arrangements required Very courteous.

Good hospitality. Rooms were ok. Restaurant area is shabby, average food and breakfast quality. Service of a great pan and tobacco is just outside the Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel. Need to change toiletries and towels, they had become too old. Overall a good option for business trip.

Hotel location was good, staffs were so cooperative service was also good, only food menu was not so much, also quantity of food was good but the food menu was less Over all everything was perfect.

Bathroom tap water is salty hence not proper for use.

Decent Mahalakshmi Palace Hotel a night stay. Active room service. Room was quite small but okey for night sleep. Warm water and dryer working well. Room service was quite fast. Take care of mosquitoes as ask for all-out in thr night

Very cooperative and good staff member's. I love to stay here just like a home, but I have face some problems like No/ limited parking space, morning breakfast needs to improve. I love the interior and light system of the rooms, toilet are cleaned.

Did not like the service, even the food I would say just average but yes it was a nice place for accommodation but not a value for money experience.

Behaviour of staff is very good. Ita located at ideal location where market is very near to buy ny product. Good room with necessary facilities. Service is also good. They will serve food well in time after placing the order.
