Not so good Experience: frequent power cuts, Non-AC room (however while booking it showed us AC/Non-AC rooms available) Remote Location (difficult to get connectivity with city). NO UPS/Interter backup. Good experience: Owner / Staff is polite and supportive. Newly built facility so room is good, Batroom is clean.
