Maharaja Ganga Mahal

The Maharaja Ganga Mahal is beautiful. The rooms are big and spacious, the bathrooms are modern with Kohler bath fittings. The food is good but on a little spicy side, and can be improved. The staff is awesome and very helpful, they welcomed us with tea on arrival and gave us a brief overview of the property history. This Maharaja Ganga Mahal just felt like home. They even helped us with doctor assistance and late check-out when my Sister had an accident and fractured her leg.

The property is well located in the city. It's clean green. Although temp check was not done at entry but overall it was not overcrowded. Only a few families staying. Complimentary breakfast was not served in the rooms as some Maharaja Ganga Mahals do during covid times. Breakfast menu was limited and repeated. Room was good with pool view. Food from menu is costly but tasty and portion size is big so think before you order. Serving time is also less.

We stayed here twice. Once while going to Jaisalmer and once while coming back. Once we stayed in the new building complex and other time in heritage building. Both were equally nice but I personally liked the new building rooms better. The food at the restaurant is amazing. We had a good stay. The staff was very friendly. Overall a good experience and complete value for money!

excellent Maharaja Ganga Mahal. great ambiance, sprawling garden with ample parking space and swimming pool. very well maintained , neat and clean . very large room size with all amenities. restuarant is also excellent and courteous staff. quick check in and check out. it would be excellent if the includes breakfast with the room tariff. it is worth every penny.

It was overall a decent stay. Like the beautiful exterior and interior up until the reception and restaurant. The rooms could be better too. I have stayed in Maharaja Ganga Mahals that had much better rooms than this one. Also the breakfast variety was too less as per the price that was charged. The food was tasty but there should be more variety.

Enjoyed excellent hospitality at the Maharaja Ganga Mahal. The staff was very courteous and polite, the room service and restaurant are very good and the overall ambience of the Maharaja Ganga Mahal was worth seeing. Heritage property is well managed and has a traditional look to it. The charges of both rooms and food are quite reasonable.

No doubt mgm is one of the best hertitage properties in the city of bikaner. Centrally located at the heart of the city with spacious and clean rooms. The food served at the restaurant is amazing and the service is excellent. Would like to thank mr jai singh ji at restaurant for the great hospitality extended during our stay.

Very good location. Room was good but an attached small balcony was an added benefit. Although bed was too high. Staff very courteous. But Maharaja Ganga Mahal food needs improvement in quality and taste. Old style building. Hotel was stingy in providing toiletries. Had to request each day. Overall ambience and stay was cosy.

Stayed only for one night. Hotel location and the overall structure was good but the guy behaviour on room service was not very friendly. Need to improve. More they need to work out on there breakfast buffet menu. Overall nice stay.

The Maharaja Ganga Mahal has nice spacious rooms, and a beautiful lawn space. The Maharaja Ganga Mahal has an old wing and a new wing. Though both the wings are reasonably good, however the old wing requires a little upkeep.

Good and spacious, good food preparation, slightly over priced though. Wifi could be better. A good reliable stay overall

I stayed there with my wife and it was a wonderful experience. The food, ambiance, room service everything was good.
