MAI House Heritage Hotel

Elegantly done aesthetics. Every corner of the 120 year old heritage property exudes finesse and a old world charm. Right at the heart of fort kochi is this gem of a place. Neatly done and has just 9 rooms with ample parking space for about 10 cars inside the premises. So never overcrowded and adds a leisurely feel to the stay. Right from the person at the reception desk to the restaurant & bar staff were always ready to help with a pleasing smile on face. Stayed just for a day in way to munnar but had an amazing time. Will come back to kochi just to spend a couple of days more at this property for the warmth and hospitality rendered. Top notch service. Adequate room size with a comfortable bed and a full fledged minibar. Clean bathroom with hair dryer and biotique toiletries. Separate glass enclosed shower area keeps the rest of the bathroom dry and neat. The dining place at the verandah is so old school laidback. Perfect for evening beers and delicious appetizers. The lawn and a small freshwater pond adds to the charm. While leaving we had the complimentary breakfast that had bread basket, honey, butter, jams, idiyappam, chicken stew, idly with sambhar & chutney, boiled bananas, juices and coffee to order. Wholesome and tasty. No complaints at any point. I hope they continue the good work. Highly recommended

It was a family vacation, we spent 3 nights at maim house heritage MAI House Heritage Hotel, kochi. It’s in the heart of the city, most of the places are nearby, rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff i must say. I would definitely recommend this MAI House Heritage Hotel to my friends and other family members!

My stay at this location was truly delightful. I arrived on a rainy day, greeted by a charming little pond in front of a cozy cottage that blended beautifully with the natural surroundings. It brought me such joy. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. This is an ideal vacation spot for anyone looking to unwind.

The location was just mesmerising and it’s near to all the famous sites in fort kochi …..it’s kinda in middle of the town and the food was okayish the lunch was okay but dinner was really good , we get a complimentary breakfast and the service was really great my whole family liked Balu the service guy who works over there

The property's charm added to the positive experience, and its convenient location made it easy to explore nearby hangout spots on foot.

Excellent stay. All staff are very humble and soft spoken and very attentive. Hygienic and tasty food, nice room and outdoor is beautifully maintained. Place is perfect for total relaxation and above all mr shailesh a very soft spoken, very cooperative and humble guy take care for everything.

The property was beautiful. We just faced one problem i. E. There were not sufficient plug points in the room and the room had a lot of mosquitoes.

Everything was nice: service, room and especially food. We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was our best food experience in this travelling. Breakfast was traditional, served to the table, not a buffet, but also really tasty. Calm and relaxing stay

Great ambience, perfect location if you are planning to attend cultural events like kathakali, kallaripattu, etc. The hktel feels more like an extended home rather than a MAI House Heritage Hotel. It will give an experience that you’re living in a traditional kerala house.

Loved our stay in this heritage MAI House Heritage Hotel. The location is great and all the main attractions are in walking distance. The rooms are clean, the service is nice. Most importantly, very well maintained and aesthetically designed.

Location 5/5, ambience 5/5, room size 3/5, hospitality 5/5, food 5/5. Amazing stay at mai. Accessibility is great to nearby tourist attractions. Only con is room size is very small if you have luggage with you.
