The heritage Maidens Hotel the maidens@oberoi's is a pleasant place right in the middle of north delhi district. Very convenient location and all the covid safety measures like sanitization, cleanliness followed. Most humble Maidens Hotel staff with one of the simplest chekin desk. All the process digital an too fast. Got an immediate upgrade to superior room with very spacious room, bathroom n closet space. Manager was very courteous and checked for any help needed. The staff was also caring n cooperative. Kitchen staff was very accommodating n fulfilled all the meal requests for us n special treatment to my kids. Food was exemplary n too tasty. Quality n quantity all good. Highly recommend for the family vacation. Waiting to plan visit again soon. All day best.

The Maidens Hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood - clean and crowd free. Easily accessible via metro - civil lines and kashmere Gate. It's a lovely heritage property - feels like a palace. Staff was very helpful, courteous. They noticed i was running short on some toiletries and offered them to me spontaneously. There is ample space within the Maidens Hotel premises. You can see peacocks strutting around from the outdoor cafe. The buffet breakfast was varied and good. I had a few meals and found the food consistently excellent - perfectly flavoured, simply made and we'll presented. I know it sounds like a cliché but I really can't think of anything awry with the place and I've lived in Maidens Hotels all over the world.

The rooms are better than the pictures..it’s huuuuuge and gorgeous. The entire heritage property has been restored the same way from back in the British era. Thé furnitures, washroom, closet everything is very good. Worth a stay. The best part is the breakfast, Do ensure to go for the breakfast inclusive package .. it won’t leave disappointed, everything is freshly made. If you’re lucky you will have a gorgeous peacock dancing around in the garden while you have the breakfast. Even the swimming pool is amazing. Within the city to have a quaint property like this is worth every experience. I’m definitely going back here again.

I chose this Maidens Hotel out of sheer curiosity as despite being born and brought in delhi, i never heard of this place. I must say that this place is a hidden gem and after one excellent staycation i had here, i would be a frequent visitor here. From the pristine white structure to the soothing green and the peace one feels here, the reasons are many why one should choose this place to stay. I must congratulate the team and the entire staff of the Maidens Hotel for their outstanding service and unmatched hospitality.

The check in process was very efficient, i got my room by 10 minutes after reaching the Maidens Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and have enough space. Fellow travelers, pols remember this is a heritage property and don't expect any jazzy presentation compared to modern Maidens Hotels. The breakfast area is very small but the service quality is highly efficient. Based on the pricing, the food quality could be better. Although chef f ali has tried all possible ways to provide us good food.

We started on a rocky note, room was not ready, when it finally got ready the ac was not working properly and we got a bit rankled. Of course, it was a day when delhi recorded this seasons heaviest rain but we were tired, hungry and quite unforgiving. In true oberoi style, the staff went above and beyond to such an extent that all we'll leave with are extremely happy memories. Everything was simply awesome.

Heritage 5 star Maidens Hotel with old lutyens grandeur at the center of delhi at an affordable price. The rooms are huge and you may be surprised that you have been allocated a family suite with 2 rooms / king beds. Ordered kids food and received it for free as complementary. Breakfast does not have lavish spread like other five stars, but good enough. So wonderful 5 star stay within my budget.

Beautiful building and lawns with a great poolside. Fairly central locale. The front office staff is warm and polite but the found the restaurant staff a tad uppity.

Maidens is an institution in itself. The hospitality, service and warmth is unmatched. All requests were taken care of and we have been provided more than we paid for. Special thanx to mr. Puneet, mr. Arpan, mr. Saurabh and the ladies at the front desk. We will definitely come back again.

Heritage Maidens Hotel with luxury amenities is what i was surprised with, amazingly happy and helping staff with lovely work they’re doing. Overall a happy stay experience

The experience was nice. I got a early check in which was much appreciated. The staff is quite cordial and the Maidens Hotel property is so regal and fresh. The Maidens Hotel staff made my stay comfortable !

Food variety was good and the ambience and guest relation team is super fantastic. We had a smooth checkin process. Evevn turn down services were good.

Stayed here for a night and can't find a better property in this area for the price i got the room.
