Our experience at the resort was disappointing. The staff and management appeared dismissive and unresponsive when concerns were raised. Check-in formalities took over 30 minutes, and no assistance was provided with our luggage. Frequent power cuts and low voltage issues delayed our stay further as we had to change rooms after repeated requests. The breakfast spread lacked variety and quality. The team could benefit from observing the hospitality standards of competitors like Mayfair, Fairway, or Sayaji. Overall, the property felt overhyped, overpriced, and inadequately managed ; unfortunately, our first and last visit.

Overall my experience was wonderful. The staff was very humble and sweet. Only at the time of checkout they were not able to manage the crowd due to which we were unanswered for our request to carry the luggage to their reception although we somehow managed on our own as we had very less luggage.
