Nothing short of spectacular, from the moment we entered the property till the time we checked out not once we felt sub par service. We always felt welcomed. The rooms are spacious, washrooms neat and clean. Food is good and service is at par with 4 star hotels. Our kid also enjoyed a the amazingly kid friendly property.

Everything was good in the property - food, service, location. The only issue we faced was lots of ants in our rooms due to the wooden cottages but the spray was applied by the helpers after informing them. We couldn't keep anything on the tables as if we kept it, then immediately the ants started coming. So, this was the only drawback of our stay.

The property is good, the rooms are neat and clean, the facilities are good. Well maintained swimming pool and lawn area. About 10 mins walk to the beach. Tge only problem is mobile connectivity is very poor. Add to ut it they had an internet connectivity outage for about 24hrs. The food at tge restaurant too is good .

Property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Service is awesome. Prawns preparations were very delicious. My family enjoyed the swimming pool for almost 4-5 hours. Varca beach is just 1 km from the resort. I have two suggestions. The morning breakfast could have been better. The resort administration may think of providing free to and fro service to beach. Otherwise everything is great.

Everything was good but check in and check out time is not proper later after check out in case we need to change the clothes we should change in small washroom were it’s not comfortable for woman. They need to change the check in and check out time.

While our property offers a 1:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out, most hotels in South Goa actually follow a later 3:00 PM check-in and earlier 10:00 AM check-out policy. We completely understand your concern and will surely look into ways to make our guests more comfortable post check-out, especially for freshening up or changing before departure.
