Majestic Hotel

hotel location was nice, room was nice but all the staff is male. we were 2 females and were given a room on the same reception floor, where all male staff were sitting and working which was a little uncomfortable. else all good and staff is good but one or two female staff if added would be nice

Room was nice nothing to complaint it but receipentist are very worst we know about the check in and checkout timing but he kept asking continoulsy "when you checkout?" when you checkout?? we checked in mrng 10 o clk yup we asked early check but mathmatically 2 hrs only before the checked in. We said to him we checkout out that day night 8 o clk he asking multiple times its kind a distinguish mate we paid for that room otherwise service was good

Comfortable and spacious rooms . Full marks on cleanliness. Doesn't have a restaurant but food could be delivered

The staff is very nice. SUBASH SHANMUGAM are very helpful. Hotel was clean and felt like a good place to stay.

Took quad room, stayed for 1 night. room is comfortable to stay. Breakfast has homely taste. very polite staff. You need to do swiggy/zomato for other meals. Around 4KM for temple east gate, auto is best option for temple visit.

Room - 5 Stars Was as good as advertised, Booked the quad room with 2 King beds, perfect for a small family. We stayed with 3 adults and a toddler. Food - I'd give 4/5, nothing wrong, but all dishes were ok ish. Amenities - Perfect 5 Stars, Car parking, 24/7 security & reception. Helped me a lot since I had to check-in at around 2 AM, Hotel team had no issues and kept my room ready, and followed up with me for check in. Location was great, would definitely choose to stay again, worth the price.

Fantastic rooms, very clean and very friendly and cooperative staff. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madurai and doesn't mind being 4km away from the temple!

3.5 * Location is ok, cleanliness is ok, chk in, chk out all satisfactory....But for business travellers no proper facilities to work on laptops, scribbling, no proper power points, no tea/coffee pouches and mugs though a kettle was available....Front desk Team responds well but looks like some training required to keep everything ready before putting the guests in..... With these improvements it's ok property for a day's stay....

Hotel staff was very courteous. We reached early morning and they gave us the rooms with minimum charges. Rooms were neat and clean.

Hotel was good breakfast was good but bit far from temple and railway station. Room given to us was small and price of 4k was too high
