MUNNAR MAJESTIC RESORT AND SPA

About people : hemant and jose were very helpful they provided guidance to local spots and provided foods and teas as per our request. The chef was awesome, we had really good food there. About stay : we stayed there for 3 nights, the view and facilities like swimming pool, park, food was very good. You would love to stay in room rather than roaming out. 2 challenges we faced, from munnar to room you need to cross anachal, the road is really steep, locals find it easier with car, but it would be very challenging for people outside kerala. Another one is, to reach your room from resort parking, we need to climb a steep slope, it was at-least 30-40 degree angled, very hard for aged to climb. Thanks to hemant to drive the car to our room every time (twice a day) for parents. Overall a great experience, recommend this for young couples, not recommended if we have aged parents >50

Had a very enjoying & marvelous stay a few days ago for 3 nights in this resort. Enchanting surroundings, pleasant morning along-with good ambience to the resort and very helping MUNNAR MAJESTIC RESORT AND SPA staffs and their ever smiling faces made our munnar trip all the more value adding. Pusham, juliet & other staffs are excellent in their attitude. We love staying here. Excellent.

i was stayed here for 1day but I'm really like the stay.. The morning view from the rooms were amazing

The stay is beautiful. The staff is polite and humble. Very helpful. Nice people. Breakfast i included and dinner is available but for dinner they charge. Dish prices. The view is pretty and the stay is good. The pool is common. Everything is good.

The property was good and so was the food. The customer service was excellent especially the property manager mr push-pan who always provided his highest quality service.
