it was just an accommodation, no food service. for the price they charge, there is no proper room service, no proper bath amenities. I paid around 4250/- for room and I felt room charge should be much less

worst experience with front des

We had booked three rooms for one day and reached the hotel around 2:30 AM. As per the booking, the standard checkout time was 12 PM. Due to a heavy rush at the temple, I politely requested an extension until 2 PM. However, the front desk manager rudely refused, stating that unless we paid for an additional full day, we would not be allowed to access the room or even keep our luggage. the staff was uncooperative and disrespectful. After a brief argument, we were forced to vacate the rooms immediately. This was one of the worst front office experiences I’ve ever had — extremely unprofessional and insensitive staff, especially considering we only requested a short two-hour extension.

I pay for the room for 3 member stay butbits not worthy the room is full of mosquito and isects roaming in room and one more thing is there is no hot water how pitty is this there is no proper room service and no proper staff

There are open drainages on both the sides of the property. It stinks and so unhygenic. The front desk manager is a mess. He cannot communicate and absolutely no customer service. Rooms are good and maintained well. Not coming back to this again.

Newly built accommodation, very modern and thoughtful. Need improvement in reception and maintenance. I called ahead and intimated my arrival, but still it took half an hour for my check-in.
